This recipe idea came to me by complete accident; I was ordering a few flavours at ChefsVapour and noticed that RF MTN Juice was on sale, so I decided to give it a shot. To me it tastes about 60% of the way to Mountain Dew, but is much closer to the lime flavour in the icepop by HB, Loop The Loop. I realise now that this is an Irish company, so this pop might not be so familiar to some of you. While I find it delicious, it's not 100% there. I think it needs a slightly more pronounced lemon body flavour, but I don't think turning up the lemonade is the answer. Maybe some of you fine folks have suggestions? I've been mixing for about 1 year but I'm still a nub, please go easy on me.

It's a lemon-lime sherbet icepop with a thin chocolate coating outside the top 3rd. Nothing too fancy, but it tastes pretty good.

Reasoning

MTN Juice

This is the flavour that made me so nostalgic to begin with, so it had to go in. It's not a very 'full' flavour, but has some limey sourness and a bit of a sherbet-y fizz that could be what makes the comparison so accurate.

Key Lime (TPA)

I added this at a low-ish percentage to boost the lime flavour of MTN Juice.

Cactus (INAWERA)

Just a few drops to enhance the bright, juicy flavours of the rest of the fruits.

Koolada 10% (TPA)

What icepop flavour would be right without a chilling effect? It might not be to some people's tastes, but I think .5% here adds a light chill without killing every other flavour involved. .5% might be too high for some, adjust or remove to your taste.

Lemonade (Flavorah)

This is the best candied lemon flavour I own, and the slight fizz of it helps with the sherbet effect.

Milk Chocolate (Flavorah)

The only good chocolate flavour I have, and it matches the flavour of the cheap thin veneer of chocolate found on a Loop The Loop accurately enough. Used at a low percentage so as to not overpower the other flavours.

Super Sweet (CAP)

This is optional, but I feel like it fits with the flavour profile.
