Nail polish racks are great for 10-30ml bottles. There's one on Amazon that's all clear acrylic and holds (says it holds to be specific) 102 bottles for like $25. I just got mine the other day and it's awesome. I use it for my commonly used 10-30mls. 4oz's and up have their own cabinets in my office desk and another plastic drawer filled with lesser used concentrates. https://imgur.com/a/hfuM0/

Try this: Buy a fishing tackle storage box (not the pull-out muli-level kind, just a flat one like this:

Get some good fabric tape and cut little squares and stick them on the top of the bottles. Use a permanent marker to label them with abreviations (ex. BAV for bavarian cream, PAP for Papaya). Now, take advantage of the plastic rows to group your flavors by type. I group mine in these categories: FRUITS, BAKERY, CREAMS, CANDY, FLORAL, OTHER.. You can even add more dividers by cutting up plastic or business cards to divide them up even more and prevents them all from falling down when you remove some from the box. This works well for 10ml's, make sure to check that your bottles fit in the box with the lid closed.

I really enjoy this system and it works very well for me. Most of my time used to be wasted looking for flavors when I was mixing. This way, I grab the box, pop it open, know what category to look in, see the flavor name from the top, and when I take it out nothing falls down. I can whip up a 30 ml batch in 5 mins and be on my way.

No room for a rack so I use ammo boxes for shotgun shells, they cost $5 and each fits 25 concentrates:

I label the bottoms because the caps fit but some of the bottles are too wide. But when they are closed I flip them over to keep them upright.

I have a shoe box. I put them in the box. Works quite well.

I bought some laser-cut wood/fibre racks for Warhammer paints and they work really well. Easy to find what I'm looking for. The only problem is that I'd like to hide all of my concentrates away and it's difficult to do when they're in racks. Currently on my bookcase, dropping the "classy" factor of my office quite a bit.

I have 3 boxes. Made little divider walls for two of them with a folded piece of paper with bubble wrap folded over it (also pads the rest of the box). 4 compartments for bakeries, creams/custards, less mainstream flavors (tobaccos, mints, chocolates, spice, nuts), and then sweeteners/misc. flavors i use regularly. Quick access compartment basically. Then the third box is straight fruit because I have a ton of fruit flavors.

Shoebox lid filled with ziplock bags of different categories. It ain't pretty but it more or less works for the moment.

I lucked out and my brother in law found this huge (about 6 x 3 foot) cabinet some rich people were getting rid of in a remodel he was working on. He gets all kinds of goodies that way. It's black, is split into three sections with three shelves in each section, has glass doors on it, and lights up on the inside. The middle section is about 33 inches wide and has double doors. The two sections on either side are about 18 inches wide. I have one of those covered in glittery poster board, to keep the light out, for steeping. I keep my other supplies (pg, vg, empty bottles, etc) on the other side so I have that entire middle section for flavors. I use those little step shelves you can get that are awesome for spices to give me even more room.

I am still working on my organization but I basically use categories: Bakeries, creams, desserts, fruits, florals, spices, etc. and special effects (sweeteners, sour wizard, coolada, etc.). I am working on subcategories for my fruits right now such as citrus, berries, tree fruits, and tropical. I am waiting on step shelves right now but once I get a few more I will probably alphabetize within category.

I love this system cuz I can basically see every flavor I have at a glance while sitting in my comfy chair at my mixing table.
