Individual coil testing

So I was thinking about this last night and just tried it with 2 single flavor batches I didn't care for individually. What are your thoughts on Vaping two different juices at the same time on individual coils for an idea for how they will taste together? I didn't see another thread on this, so just wondering if anyone else has tried it with any success.

I do that every now and then. Like everyone else said, it won’t be exactly what it’s like when they’re mixed, but it’ll at least let you know if they are compatible. I usually do something more like the base on both coils and a drop or two of what might be the top notes. Try to get it a little closer to what I am thinking for the final mixing ratio.

I'm on my first buy of flavors and I'm know I won't get an exact match to what it will be mixed, but I got mainly 10ml bottles to get started and am trying to make the most of them until I find an all day vape that's right for me. I'm also interested in the idea that it could be possible to make flavors that can't be done without a dual coil build 🤔. For instance some creams steeped two weeks in a 50/50 on one coil, and maybe a 3 day 70/30 steep of some fruit on another. Idk I digress, just new and overwhelmed with joy in all the possibilities :)

How would it be any different than just dropping a few of each single down the tip of your RDA into the juice well? Ideally, they are going to be mixed together in a pairing situation anyway.

I was thinking I could soak one side with a base flavor I'm testing like my HS vanilla ice cream, while the other side I could try just a drop or two of different fruits or toppings one after another quickly.

I see. I'm sure it would work just fine, I probably wouldn't bother being tedious enough to separate one coil of flavor from the other, plus it isn't giving an accurate depiction of what the flavors would taste like after melding for a day or two, as they typically would in a mix.

I'm more of a few drips of this and a few of that when it comes to trying flavors together. I've filled tanks with varying amounts of single flavors too. Any way you do it, I suppose it's great inspiration for a recipe and gives you an idea of what the pairing would be like.

Ok, like I said just wondered if anyone had tryied it. Thought it might be a little more ballanced and quicker than dripping a bunch of both and having to vape through to the next flavor. :)

Hard to get the balance of flavoring that way, but it does give you a sense of what it’ll taste like.

I did a sweet ube on one coil, and grass jelly on the other coil. Pretty good halo halo vape.

Just to get some sort of idea of a combination of flavour, I'll vape two atomisers at the same time. Long, narrow drip tips make this easier. If i want more or less of one of the flavours, that'll change how long i keep that atomiser in my mouth. Far from scientific but i find it gives me some indication.
