People generally recommend Nic River because they offer free shipping after $50. So if you were getting PG/VG/Nic and flavors, you'd likely be over $50 and would get free shipping. They also ship quickly.
Have you looked at https://www.bullcityflavors.com/?
I am not so sure about the ship quickly part... I ordered quite a few flavoring a Saturday and they have yet to ship... I usually go with BCV but I wanted to try a few purilum flavorings... Not sure if I will use them again.
WOW. I must be unlucky. I ordered last week and my order just got a shipping label created about 30 minutes ago. When I order from BCV I can bank on the order going out the next day at the latest on my last 5 orders. But BCV does not offer nic. NR does have a nice web site though.
BCF is like $70.00 + to get free shipping so Nicotine River is much more reasonable there.
Nicotine River also carries the new Flavor Revolution flavors which seem to be getting amazing reviews .
I always buy Nic from Vapers Tek.
Yep. Nic river is good if your going to restock a gal of VG, gal of PG and nic. Then you get the free shipping and it's worth it. Just to buy nicotine vapers tek is the best deal because they don't charge much at all for shipping. I've used both of their nicotine lines and I can't tell the difference. They're both pretty equal in quality.
It also irritates me when a website charges absurd prices for shipping when you know for a fact that shipping doesn't cost that much.
Ordering wholesale from them is amazing, I had a large project to complete last minute and told the owner that and I had 55 gallons arriving in less than a week. The best customer service I have ever experienced.

I always try to make my order small enough so the postal service delivers my package. I bet if you remove the unicorn bottles then you'll probably see a USPS option under shipping ....but yeah fed-ex is trash and expensive.
Certain flavors and concentrations of nicotine can not be shipped via air for legal reasons so USPS isn't always an option. For these items you have to use a private ground carrier, which explains the shipping costs. As stated earlier by someone, just spend enough for free shipping.
They claimed this a while ago but I have yet to see anyone else change their policy towards shipping nicotine through USPS. Either everyone else is breaking the rule or they force you into using FedEx or UPS for no reason what so ever.
That's not true. Wizard labs has since changed there shipping. Before I could get a order sent literally 45 mins away for $3.50 now the lowest is $7.50 due to a raise in shipping due to hazardous materials. I believe everyone had to change .
Edit: they have to send certain flavors and nicotine ground now.
So if I do spend over $50 it will ship for free regardless of what I'm ordering? Even if some items qualify as "hazmat" or "no fly"?
