Without trying it, who really knows what will work the best? But from experience, it's a smarter, more-likely-to-succeed idea to just lower the orange. If you increase the other flavors you're more likely to create problems where there weren't any before.

It's hard to boost a specific concentrate without altering the flavor. Knowing nothing about this concentrate, I might suggest one of the yellow cakes, FA Almond or caramel, but I'm just shooting in the dark here. If you can pick out notes from the concentrate that you recognize in another concentrate, that would be your best bet. The easier route however is to build the recipe around the flavor by not adding anything that alters or mutes the notes you want. Add one flavor at a time at a low starting point and pay close attention to what it does in the mix. It's a long and tedious process, but that's what recipe making is :)

As for taming FA Fuji, I usually use another apple. Pick one that is bright and juicy, say 3% CAP Double Apple to 0.5% FA Fuji and you'll still pick up on the notes from Fuji but they are now bright and juicy instead of tart and dry. This works better for fruit vapes though, might not be ideal for a biscuit. CAP Golden Pineapple or TFA Dragonfruit will juice it up, but they will also alter the flavor, I wouldn't really enjoy them in a biscuit. The better route might be to make the actual biscuit smoother with butter, creaminess and sweetness and blanket some of the Fuji that way. Or just drop FA Fuji really low, it's still very potent even below 1%. If you use it too high, that could be where the dryness is coming from.

I’ve never messed with any lemon stuff, but a couple of ideas pop in to my head. FLV Cured might be able to play nice with it. Also INW Garuda. Might make it taste a bit like a lemon tea since Garuda has a bit of a tea taste to me. SC Island Tobacco might be kinda cool. It pretty much tastes like a pina colada. SC Old Captain could probably get down with it too. INW Morning Rain, if you like the cooling sensation. It’s like a cool citrus tobacco.

You save yourself a lot of trouble if you mix by weight on top of being more accurate. It's not even more expensive.

When I mix, I place a bottle on the scale, add each flavor either by dripping (99% of the time) or pipette (if there's no drop tip), then I add the nic and last I just top the bottle off with a PG/VG premix. Put the drop tip and cap on the bottle, shake it until it's full of bubbles and I'm done. Takes a minute or two, nothing to clean up.

yes. most definitely, its like you put a Honda motor into a Ford 250 and expecting it to preform the same. It's going to need a little more umpf is you know what I'm getting at.

FA Walnut is good, realistic. There was a "flavor of the week" on pecan. Can't really help you with the rest.

I'd skip FLV Pralines unless you like an earthy dirty mushroom taste. That one is rather vile even at 0.5% IMO.

FW Hazelnut is nice, FA Nut Mix and FW Butter Pecan might be worth checking out as well.

EDIT: Also worth mentioning, if you're chasing something nutty, FA Torrone is an excellent supporting flavor which I believe to be invented by God himself.

I'm a hard strawberry mute and I can taste alpine just fine. It's a slightly greener type of strawberry though, and it doesn't really like mixing with creams all that much. If you've ever had INW Wild Strawberry, it's in the same family but not nearly as intensely green. Stupid strong, stupid expensive. FWIW, Chef's has a decent deal on 10ml for 4.16 Britain Bucks, which is about half the price of normal retail.

Best way to avoid vaper's tongue is to reduce the amount of flavoring. I've found around 5% total to be all the flavor I desire without numbing my senses. Rotating mixes helps too. It's a lot harder to cure than to prevent.

Unflavored isn't bad, just boring. It tastes a lot better if you use SS rather than kanthal. With kanthal you taste the nickle and I personally find it gross. I've been sick the last week so I've been vaping unflavored as it would be pointless to vape any flavoring right now. You get use to it after a few days. Plus, you'll love never having to rewick.

If you're after a true tobacco taste, NETs might be the only way to achieve a 1:1 of your analog, as most all tobacco flavorings contain some sort of undertone. (nutty, chocolate, honey, leather, prune, etc)

I was never a Menthol kind of smoker so I haven’t spent a whole lot of time messing around with them. What I did with that Lucy one is just threw in 1% FA Polar Blast and sent it to a guy that was trying to quit Newports, and he said it was super close. Can’t really confirm that though.

INW has a Tobacco Menthol that I’ve tried. I mostly just tasted menthol, but that’s all I ever tasted with menthol cigarettes. I also made an NET juice with some INW Tobacco Menthol for that Newport smoker, but he said he liked the Lucy with Polar Blast version better. I’ve read decent things about FE Inport, but have no experience with it. Might be a good one to try to see if you can get something you like with a single flavor.

I'm a tobacco head. I also still have to roll and light cigarettes for my girlfriend when she's driving. Cigarettes, even roll ups, taste awful. There's almost no correlation between cigarettes and vaped tobaccos. But, vaping seems to deliver on the promise suggested by the smell of tobacco - where smoking never did. I only vaped a few menthol cigarettes when I smoked, but they seemed almost to mask the flavour of the tobacco, so are probably an easier profile to aim for.

Get a cheap sheet of labels you can run through your Laserjet. Use clear tape over them to protect them.

Just curious but why does it matter if they are in Au or not if you are looking to ship internationally anyway?

If you grab an RDA with a decent juice well, you won't have to drip all the time. Pick one with the airflow on the sides, level with the coil(s), and it won't leak unless you tilt it too much. I like Velocity style RDAs for dual coil, I hear the Hadaly is good for single coil.

Another option is an RDTA or Genesis style RDA. It's basically an RDA with a tank underneath. The advantage is that you can use it as an RDA with a short wick to test mixes and when you find one you like, you can fill the tank and change to long wicks and use it like an RTA.

As for brands and makes, authentic or clone, that's all a matter of preference and budget. Some are easier to build on than others, some are designed for a specific number of coils. The most important variable is flavor and you'll want one where the airflow passes right over the coils unhindered and then straight up the chimney, the shorter distance the better.

Something like the NoToy, NoFear, or Mulciber are super easy to build and wick and good for testing. They are set up for a single coil so it couldn't be simpler.

In general anything with a velocity style post and no bottom airflow are good general purpose RDAs for beginners. If you want something like that I am a huge fan of the Charm by Mark Bugs. Of course all of this varies based on a lot of different factors like what kind of vape you like, what builds you want to do, how much airflow, etc

Don't be intimidated by building. It is incredibly easy. When I first started looking into vaping 3 years ago everyone made it seem like it was hard and you really couldn't/shouldn't do it until you are an "advanced" vaper. I just couldn't understand paying so much for coil heads that had to be replaced and I was on a tight budget. I ended up deciding to just go for it and ordered an RDA, some wick, and some wire for my first setup and I am so happy I did.

You will get it down in no time at all. You're literally just wrapping something around a rod, sticking the ends into some holes, securing them with screws, and threading some kind of wick through the hole you made. There are things you will learn as you go like what builds you like, wicking techniques, diameter, etc but you can build good enough coils from day one.

Wire is incredibly cheap, you can get 100' of 26g Kanthal A1 for $5. When you get it just wrap it around whatever rod you will be using over and over. Don't worry about how many wraps, just wrap until there is no more room on the rod, clip, and start again. Very quickly you will get the hang of making tight wraps and there you go.

I would strongly recommend rayon over cotton from the beginning. I haven't used cotton in years and my biggest regret in vaping was not starting out with it. If you decided to order an RDA send me a PM with your address and I'll mail you some to try.

TC is a different matter but if you would like to get into that, wire types, etc I can.

You can get the VG and PG at Walmart/Tractor Supply but that's far from everything you need and would ultimately cost more than just buying it online e.g. $29/gal for PG at TS and $18/gal at Nic River. Flavors and Nicotine will be difficult to source locally, as well. Better off just reading here and checking out the verified vendors in the sidebar.

Have some recipes in mind when you order, otherwise you'll just struggle to find recipes for your flavors and it's hard to find something enjoyable by just randomly mixing them together. You could try this thread.

I am unfamiliar with that concentrate, is P&B the brand? Either way, to find out more about your concentrate, what percentage to use it at etc, check out our flavor reviews and search for it on ATF and ELR. While 10% is high for most brands, it may be good for single flavor. Generally speaking though, premixed flavor combos are rarely that good, they'll be lacking in one department or another, so you're better off making your own.

Happens every so often and usually clears up after a few days. Sometimes it doesn't though and I have never had an issue with them being cloudy at all.

Nic shouldn't taste much of anything if it's high quality. Depending on the type it may be somewhat harsh on the throat though. If this is undesirable (I like that it's similar to smoking) there are smoother types such as CXTC or Nude Nic Smooth Salts that may give you a more pleasant experience without "tasting" the nic so much.

It's quite common to have problems tasting strawberry, you will need to try another brand. INW Shisha Strawberry is the usual recommendation, but it's different for everyone.

You will be better off finding a strawberry that you like and a kiwi/banana that you like and combining them at a ratio of your own choice, than to use premixed flavor combos that you need to tweak to your liking anyway.

As for adding flavors to a mix that you're already vaping from, it's indeed pretty hard to recreate. Better off testing each flavor solo, so you know how much to use in a mix and make small batches when trying to combine them so you can try different things without wasting a lot of liquids.

Steep time?

I would say INW-eucalyptus mint use low....very low

TFA Red licorice is a great standalone candy vape. It's scary how good it is. I've tried it in a 50/50 12mg mtl setup and a 70/30 dl setup and it's great on both.

If you like red licorice candy you'll love it.

I'm not an advocate of that much sweetener, but like you, I know people who love their juice sweet and this recipe is simple but effective

Do not order big bottles until you know you will use them

Speaking from exp, you don't want to be stuck with big bottles of something you'll never use. I always buy 10ml bottles regardless of the hype. And depending on the individual flavor even 10ml can last a while.

To better understand the amounts used, play around with one of the numerous calculators. Or just look at recipes on sites like this one. Click "mix" and you can see the amounts used.

i always order small bottles first, and when i run out of the smaller bottle, i bump my next order up 1 size.

That being said, if you haven't ordered it before a 10ml goes a long way... You can make a good amount of recipes with just a 10/13 ml bottle. Bigger bottles that I would say are safe are the "top 100" flavors on alltheflavors.com. Granted only order them if they seem to match what you like, or you plan on selling/giving juice to someone that likes those flavors.. 10ml bottles of CAP/FW/TFA don't go as far as 10ml bottles of INW/FA/FLV etc. though.. so honestly if you see a bunch of recipes calling for something like TFA Strawberry Ripe, or CAP Vanilla custard, and those are flavors you think you would probably like, you're gonna be okay if you order a slightly larger bottle. Just don't order a 120ml pack of say FLV tobacco flavors not knowing whether or not you like tobacco flavors. https://alltheflavors.com/flavors/top100 is your best friend though, those flavors are really safe bets. I would make your first order solely those flavors and maybe a couple that intrigue you, to save money and not end up with 4ozers of flavors like "superconcentrates carmel candy flavor"... Just a suggestion. Also BullcityFlavors offers samples of flavors if you ask before checking out. It's a good way to try new flavors without having to spend extra money.

Would not recommend vaping that. Not a good idea because of the impurities of the tea and the potential health issues.

FA Black tea is a good tea flavoring, try that instead.

2. No, pretty much everyone assumes 1 gram/ml for everything except VG. While that means a slight margin of error, it saves you a massive headache. You are free to do as you please, but if you mix other people's recipes using specific gravity and they didn't, you'll be at the wrong end of that margin.

for single flavor testing I do just the flavor at desired percentage, in a five ml bottle (cheap on amazon, like ten bucks for 50 or 100 i think) and max vg. It'll take a little longer to steep but it saves headache and gives you a good idea of how the flavor will be. But yeah, I say max VG is the way to go with SFT

oh man, honestly for custard you're prob better off using TFA ripe IMO.. I make a custard with just strawberry ripe at 4% cap sweet strawberry at 2% and cap VC at (i think) 6% and it's delicious. Sometimes I'll leave the sweet strawberry out to make it taste more authentic to a real strawberry custard, the cap sweet is unneccasry. However, it is a very unique flavor and a really good one if you don't have it I would pick it up. If you use the "what can i make" feature on ATF, you'll see once you get CAP SS, it does expand your arsenal quite a bit. anyways if you've read this far, that recipe is actually quite good, i've mixed it many times, and strawberry ripe will work out just fine, same percentage. give it a little steep if you can wait also.. week or so.

What's the recipe? None of those are really close to CAP. However, for future reference, just order JF Sweet Strawberry and use that wherever CAP is called for. Same concept, much better execution.

They will be perfectly fine. Even if you didn't put them in the freezer. People leave their working nicotine bottles out in a drawer for weeks at a time with no issues. So three hours is just being paranoid.

Best thing I could tell you is go to ATF and type cereal and filter "most mixed", go to the top 10 or so recipes find one you like get the flavors for that recipe.

TFA Bavarian Cream is quite thick and dark, like a heavy vanilla cream with buttery and sugary notes, like brown sugar or syrup. I wouldn't call it milky. FA Fresh Cream is milky, as are TFA and CAP Sweet Cream. FLV Milk seems pretty good. TFA Dairy Milk could lighten up the cream part, but that one seems iffy. FA Meringue to sweeten it. Those concentrates are probably your best bets, browse through the flavor reviews.

From a legal standpoint, my understanding is that you can't actually copyright a recipe, you can only keep it a secret. But blatantly advertising that you're ripping people off, without even giving credit where credit is due, is if nothing else reprehensible.

FA Berryl (raspberry) is good raspberry flavouring and it's not as limiting as Inaweras counterpart.

Alot of people mix some strawberries in with the raspberry to bend the flavours.

Also try using some light citrus flavourings for that tartness. Maybe FA Lemon Sicily or CAP Lemon Lime.

FA Fuji works quite well in combination with INW Raspberry for a tart flavor. I use .5% Raspberry to 1% Fuji - so the Apple doesn't drown it, but brings out the tartness.

Only one way to find out :) I mix mostly fruits and berries, not a fan of creams and desserts in the long run. Adding some coolness to a fruit or berry kinda always works, though menthol imparts a taste of its own. I prefer Koolada.

If you have the flavors already, I recommend testing them solo first to find out their properties. Then it's fairly easy to know which ones might work together.

If you haven't ordered yet, I would recommend finding some simple recipes on ATF and checking some flavor reviews before you make up your mind.

Blueberry works well with a light menthol. Not sure about mixing it with grapefruit, tho...

I’m thinking that most, if not all, Indigo tobaccos use Flavor Express tobaccos. You might be able to make something you enjoy with the PUR tobaccos, but it won’t be Indigo.

I'm still newish but had similar questions so here are some thouights. Nicotine River is a solid choice; I order NiC, PG and VG there along with a lot of flavors. You won't be able to limit yourself to one flavor company, many if not most recipes have concentrates from different manufacturers. I also order from Bull City Flavors, they have some flavors that Nic River does not.

You'll want to find some recipes that sound good or possibly similar to Oorah, and get the concentrates to mix those. Trying to create something out of the box is difficult when you don't know what you think of different concentrates. In addition to the links above, the sidebar has a flavor reviews link - tasting notes on a whole lot of concentrates.

They are the same. ELR is tricky though as it has loads of duplicates. Search for just the name, then sort by number of recipes and pick whichever one has the most.

Some people get the bubbles and some , including me, don't. Only way too know is to try it for yourself.

50/50 is fine for DL. As you go up in PG you'll want to drop the wattage on your mod and you may start to experience a bit of leaking depending on the tank. It will reduce the clouds a lot and increase the throat hit, but you will see very little increase in flavor beyond the first 30-40% PG. For MTL I prefer full PG - zero clouds.
