I am submitting a self post as this isn't about my karma, but Gremlinjuices' karma and I hope you all send some their way.

Two day ago, I was busy filling a shopping cart of flavors to refresh my supply. I was going to try a new vendor as I like to spread the love around, but I always check to see if they have this one stupid flavor I have been searching for - FW SweetTarts. They didn't, but the thought led me to WHY I was searching for this flavor - GremlinJuice. Waaaay back in the day, I used to buy from them religiously - before going full DIY. They open-sourced one of their recipes that I really liked (Pink Starburst) and that recipe calls for FW SweetTart. So I found myself on their site and they don't sell it anymore, so I bought myself a large bottle of another old favorite. In the notes section, I asked them two things:

Can they recommend a substitute for FW SweetTart
Would they ever consider opensourcing another of their old recipe's - Strawberry Champagne, which was a great palette cleanser I always found.

Mind you, I haven't purchased anything from them in about 3-4 years.

Do you know what they did? No, they didn't just give me a substitute flavor suggestion for FW Sweetarts - they sent me a bottle, for free.

But we aren't done yet....remember how I asked if they would ever consider opensourcing the Strawberry Champagne recipe? Yeah...not only did they give me the recipe, they provided all the flavors needed to make at along with an empty 30 mil bottle to make it in. For free. All for a old customer, who hadn't purchased anything for them in years and who had just sort of stumbled into buying one of their old favorites on that day.

Josh...He told me "In case I didn't know" that GremlinJuice opened up their own DIY store. Well guess what Josh, I actually didn't know that. Do you know what is so cool about that? On the day that I bought from Gremlinjuice, I was in the midst of a shopping cart at another place. I didn't place the order, but the cart is still in an open tab today - here it is :

And there it goes. No fault to that vendor of course. I am just choosing to move my business over to Gremlinjuices new DIY store that I just heard about :). I appreciate you guys as a vendor. Treating a long lost customer as you have was totally unnecessary and that is what is so awesome about you all.

It will likely take me a few days to flesh-out my cart, but when I do, that order it going to you. Thank you.

That's the mistake. He gave me the recipe for the concentrate probably, not the recipe for the finished product. No matter, it is a simple flavor, so I just have to mix up the concentrate and then test what percentage to add to base to figure out what I like.

Out of town so I apologize for any mobile mistakes! All our old recipes are at 20% flavoring but that might be a bit heavy for the new equipment out there these days. I hope that helps!

Can confirm that Rich and The Gremlins have absolutely the best costumer service of any Juice maker. They sometime ago dropped one of my favorites from their offerings. My Wife placed an order for Her Faves and added a Note in the form of a question if she could get Kentucky Mint Julip. They answered Her question by sending a 120mL bottle at no charge with her order and a nice note on how to order anything they used to make. The Gremlins might not like pulling out old recipes but Rich said they would get over it.

Gremlin was the first place i bought flavors from and turned out to be nearly the only people i'll go through. I'll shamelessly plug them anywhere I can due to their outstanding customer service. Also, they put up with my terrible jokes I leave in the comments section of my orders.

Gremlin DIY is ALWAYS my first stop when ordering flavors. Never had a single problem. Once I put in a note on my order asking for a sticker to put on my build box. I got a couple stickers and a backpack! Great site!!

That's true that gremlindiy has really awesone customer support. But i got a lot of issues with them.

couple of times i experienced leaking issues because of shitty bottles. few of them arrived broken. i sent them a message and they sent me replacement + replacement labels for all bunch of flavours i ordered from them.

few times i experienced labeling issues. few flavours in bottles were not the same as labels said. i told them about that. got some moneyback to my gremlindiy account.

but most frustration i got when i run out of cap vc(v1) ordered from bcf and opened 4oz bottle i ordered from gremlindiy. their vanilla custard had different taste/smell and it was weaker. i shaked it well. i ordered 4oz cap vc from bcf - and it was ok.

first fa apple pie flavour i got from gremlindiy. when my apple pie almost gone i restocked it at bcf. apple pie i got from bcf tasted and smelled more like apple pie compated to apple pie i got from gremlindiy. it was reach and not so candyish flavour as previously.

i'm tired of gremlindiy. i not told them about the last issues because i discovered these issues long time ago since i ordered these flavours from them. and i starting to feel shame each time i get any issues with them and sending them a message about some new issues. i don't want to keep my fingers crossed hoping that next time everything will be ok.

it's not bcf promotion from my side. i spent hunderds of bucks at gremlindiy and bcf, less at ecigexpress, realflavours and ordered just once from liqud barn. gremlindiy is the only place i had major issues with.
