I wonder what they use. If its simply capsaicin, like all other failed throat hit enhancer/replacer then I can guarantee the product is a dud. Capsaicin gives you the chest hit, but not the throat hit. The closest Ive ever gotten to Nicotine's full physical sensation is combining Menthol (throat hit) and Capsaicin (Chest hit), as nicotine provides both. But The flavor is minty and shite.

Nicotine is more than a throat hit. It binds to the nicotinic receptor and acts like a stimulant and sedative releasing adrenaline into your system. Hence how it effects your brain chemistry to become addictive. This isn't a full in depth overview of what nicotine does but just reinforces that it's more than a sensation after you inhale.
If this exists, like they claim, than it's probably not nearly as awesome as nicotine is because no one is using it.

But if it did mimic the physical sensation of nicotine, it could allow people to gradually decrease their nicotine content.
Im currently stuck on 10mg/mL. I find it difficult to go even down to 8mg/mL because of the decrease in throat hit sensation.
But judging from what they said, that "this active ingredient, proven safety, has been used in Europe for decades", I'm putting my money on that its simply Capsaicin (i.e hot chili). There are several sellers of this already, it and does not work on its own. It completely lacks the throat hit, although it does give the warm chest feel. The major probem is that it has a peppery taste and screws up the vape.
My adventures with using menthol and Capsaicin to find a throat hit replcement only ever taught me is that nicotine isnt just a "throat hit", it's also give a chest hit.
Well on a personal note anything that says secret recipe where i cannot get the contents or molecules involved will be a no go for me, i got into vaping and diy and all that stuff to know exactly what gets in me so if something says secret ingredient i usually stay away from it
