Edit: as a preface, I am NOT trying to slam CXT. I love their nic. If you can buy it, buy it. I just want to know if anyone else has had this happen... And whether I'm forever banished to shittier nic lands.
Has anyone ever had their purchase refunded without notice with "account cancelled" noted?
I asked about two weeks ago whether a shipment had gone out, and when they responded, they assumed I had wanted to change the address. I explained that I didn't, but they kept insisting I needed that.
After I noted the address was the same, they cancelled shipping and refunded. I placed another order, and emailed them noting the address was correct.
This week I got another refund, noted as "account cancelled."
Have I been black listed for asking about a shipment and the ensuing confusion? In the past any shipping questions were answered quickly and without confusion, but apparently I'm not going to be able to order nicotine from CXT any more.
I'll put up email transcripts if anyone really would like to know more
Guessing it's because they can't ship to wherever you wanted them to. Do they have a FAQ on their site?
I've had them ship to my address many times in the past. It's only a 30 minute drive IRL
Why not drive up there at that rate?
I haven't tried nic from them yet, but I hope we can get the full story here so I know whether or not they deserve my business in the first place. If they blacklisted you, never told you why, and you don't have any idea why they'd do that, they can go fuck themselves.
I don't expect them to trawl for posts here, nor even care. They have tons of actual business patrons, so as a DIYer they could probably care less about me.
The nic is good, and really, I'm likely an outlier. Maybe whoever was handling my emails is having a bad time in their life.
