I've been mixing just over 6 months now. I just wanted to say that this sub forum has been vital to my development and growth.

I started out with a single flavor recipe. I did my reading and decided on Liquid Barn to get my VG, Nicotine etc.. To save on shipping it seemed their Blue Raspberry was held in high regard. So my first mix was born.

LB Blue Raspberry 10%

It was linear and had one note. But was able to give me my Nic fix and wasn't horrible.

Next came...

FW Tropical Creme Breeze 8% CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 4%

Reminded me of an Orange Push-Up. Not great, but not bad and obviously a little more complex than my first mix.

Then came the Cuttwood Unicorn Milk leak. This was pivotal. I never had Unicorn Milk before and I've heard the arguments about that recipe. So I make a batch and after a couple weeks took some for my brother to try. The first thing he says is "You made this in your fucking living room? ". I knew then that anything was possible with DIY.

Ever since that mix, I've been here almost everyday reading and learning.

People like Concrete River, Whiskey King and Nikon among others I owe so much gratitude to for their tireless work on flavor reviews. That had been my best resource for my development in the DIY world.

I know the politicians were laughing when they passed a 7.5% tax per ml on juice sold in my state (WV). But with the hard work of this community and available resources I am surely having the last laugh now..

No more struggling check to check buying over priced juice. No more murdered coils and bullshit taxes.

I'm swimming in juice now.

Regards, Rick

Cheers man. Having literally liters of juice is pretty fuggin awesome. But flipping the bird to $1/ml sellers and the fucking G men is almost as awesome.

This is why I love DIY, so many people cant seem to understand how you can make something taste better than "premium ejuice". my friends at first couldnt believe it, and being able to hook them up with 5$ 30mls felt good, who likes getting fucked on the 28$ 30mls at shops am i right?! since then they havent found an ejuice they like more, everything now a days just gunks up coils with all the sucralose. and the fact that you can find pretty much any clone on here and tweak it to your likings is amazing. FUCK YA DIY! never going back to "premium ejuice"

Very similar to myself! Started with single flavour mixes and now have narrowed it down to 2-3 three flavor recipes that I absolutely love. Thing I have found about diy is like you say, I have only made 60ml out of about 5 litres of "unvapeable" juice and that was because of the flavor concentrate company (looking at you RF with your VG, gluten free, cross fit concentrates). Whereas with regular juice, I have had a few bottles that have made me want to vomit.

These criteria obviously do not apply to OP's post! He's just radiating gratitude for this great community /sub and I would do the same but OP stole my thunder. DIY on!
