Also, who made RY4?
Hangsen claims to have created it : http://www.hkhangsen.com/communityview-207.html
But so does Janty/Dekang : https://www.caferacervape.com/blogs/news/102880839-a-brief-history-of-ry4-tobacco-flavor
But then there was a popular ejuice from Ruyan (original ecig company) where their 4th ejuice blend was very popular during the very early years of vaping.
Is there anymore to the story? Was it Jide Yao who helped create the original RY4 with Ludo from Janty?
Can't say I've ventured out too far, but I like TFA RY4 Double.
Edit: As far as history, there's also this.
Always good to see a random picture of the Indoor Smokers dude.

DIYFS is awesome. I also use TPA double ry4 often but doesnt have enough tobacco, I add soho and/or some red burley to it
Could you share any recipes with DIYFS RY4?
This is my go to for DIYFS RY4
My favorite is jungle flavors RY4 double.
Hangsen and SC, in my opinion. SC is more chocolatey, while Hangsen stays true to the caramel side of things, with a touch of nutty smokiness. Hangsen requires around 10%, though, while SC only requires about 2.5-5% for a full flavor. But overall, I'd say Hangsen is my favorite one-shot -- expensive, but done really well.
Can't really say much to the Ruyan, though... Never had it, nor the Cafe Racer...
As an aside, I've always been a fan of Rocketpuppy's RY4. I do think, though, it needs a little bit more dryness/earthiness to it to be a true contender...
I use TPA, INW, FA and HS. Hangsen is the one I tend to lean on more than the others but they all have there uses. Just in my own experience I've found Hangsen holds up a little better when I thrown bold flavours at it like Coffee or Gingerbread for instance. I feel it's more on the INW 555 Gold side in flavour which is my goto easy tobacco aroma when I'm just feeling plain lazy.
