Ooooh very interesting idea for a flavor profile! I looooove the smell of the lemongrass towels they hand out at the end of yoga class - So I bet it might be good in a juice if mixed right! Might have order these flavors and give your recipie a try!

Got everything but the jelly candy, and I've been itching to use my FLV Ginger for a while now, so I'll definitely be trying this one. Can you go into more detail about the Jelly Candy and its role in this recipe? Can I omit it entirely or is there another "body" flavor that might work?
