Premarket Tobacco Application

Has anybody in this sub submitted a PMTA? I would like a template to look over. I'd prefer an actual form, but searching the FDA website has not brought up anything (such as Form FDA 3742).

I'd love to read your experiences researching this. Thanks!

By the way: this has been an amazing sub to be a part of, even for a lurker such as myself.

It's illegal unless you are paying 100s of thousands of dollars for a pmta. Either way you would not get the info you want here. The fda website tells you all the extensive info you need.
