It's not wizards fault per se. The problem is their cc processing it seems

I ordered from Wizard labs once, like 2-3 year ago, and its the only time i have ever had any fraudulent charges on any account, ever. I used that card other things as well, but nothing current. I wasnt absolutely sure it came from them, but it seemed to fit.

Twice. Is it possible to litigate?

Either their processor/payment gateway or the plugin they use to process payments through their website has been compromised.

It happened to me as well!!! I didn't think that it was them but it was about 3 weeks after I ordered from them. A 425 dollar charge in California!

Same here. I used a card and about a week or two later got charges from a Jimmy jazz store in New Jersey. I caught while the transaction was pending and canceled the card.

I posted in the other thread. The charges on my account happened within a month and followed the pattern if I remember correctly "PURCHASE AUTHORIZED insert retailer here CARD ####"

This needs a sticky in my opinion. They've said they're handling it but it appears they are not.
