So I was shopping and I found these empty hand pump containers. I kinda thought, "why not?" Since I diy if I accidentally ruin 600ml it's not too much skin off my teeth. It works amazingly well! So far at least.

I go through 30ml a day, and sometimes the squeeze bottles I buy leak towards the end. Im hoping this will make things like road trips easier when I don't have a co-pilot.

You know, I've thought it would be funny to do this but was unsure of the utility of it. I figured some other crazy bastard would one day. I guess today is that day.

My curiosity has been satisfied now.

I am not an artist. Nor do I trust people to not try to wash their hands with it.

Good call. I've had someone drunkenly come out of my bathroom raving about our awesome, pink, minty soap. She'd washed her hands with Pepto and fucking loved it so much the whole house needed to know about our magical pink soap.

I'm kind of torn here- on the one hand I enjoyed being young and having lots of people I didn't know very well rampage through my house once or twice a week. On the other I'm kind of glad to have become old and calm enough that I don't have to worry about anyone deciding to drink my 100mg nic cause they found it in my freezer at the end of the night, and if it isn't frozen in there it must be vodka ;).

Haha. My artistic ability is the same, or worse. I just thought it was funny. =)

I would not recommend this.

There's a metal spring in that pump device that could become corroded and leak into your ejuice.

I would assume it's a stainless or other non-corroding metal spring, as there's water and other stuff in hand soaps already. Even if it doesn't matter if it leeches into the soap, you don't want that spring to fail.

That's a silly assumption to make. Have you ever pulled apart a soap dispenser before after it's been used a while? I've had several springs go rusty/stop working. Even if it is stainless, there's also no guarantee the spring was thoroughly rinsed after after being produced. Since you know, people generally aren't going to be inhaling the contents that the spring may come into contact with.

However, there are higher end pumps that have an encased spring, like the ones you would get for your PG/VG gallon containers. Doubtful this is the case for a simple hand soap pump.

Just dry burn the spring on 10 Watts or so, then re-wick and you're good to go

So the solution is to run it through once on a flavor and then toss it!
