Hey there - im searching for a Ice Tea recipe with peach flavor.
I have tried following but its not ice tea sweet enough and green tea overhelms. its ok but not like Egoist No.14 (from Lord of the Juice)
The Egoist no14 is pretty dark so i thought TFA Green Tea could it be - also cause in the description it says its green tea.
So actually it was
3% GreenTea (TPA) 7 Juicy Peach (TPA) 1 Lemon Sicily 0.5 Koolada 0.5 Sweetener

Maybe i can get any advice from you !
EGOIST Says:
The freshness of sweet juicy peaches and ripe lemons combined with the sweetness of sugar with just the right taste of green tea
Try out Capella sweet tea. It’s very close to the powdered sweet tea from Lipton we used to drink as a kid.
Thanks for advice- i have sweet tea here. Thats what i want the Lipton powdered Tea. with peach and Lemon....
What percentage should i use ?
And only sweet tea ? no green ?
Cause the Aroma ob Egoist no 14 is very dark and sweet tea is clear...
I don’t think I’d add any green tea. Green tea has a herbal, almost bitter flavor to it.
Try 1.5% FA black tea with 1% sweetener or even better with 0.25% FLV sweetness
I tend to just use 0.25% TPA marshmallow, it's sweet enough
Additional ?
So: 3% GreenTea (TPA) 1.5% FA black tea 7% Juicy Peach (TPA) 1% Lemon Sicily 0.5% Koolada 1% Sweetener
or just with black tea instead of green tea ?
So Green Tea is out- my intial recipe in first post is ok- but its far away from that what i want - the green tea is not as good and the sweetness and juicy of the peach doesnt come any Close. also no sweet Lemon... still testing
I will start with black tea if i have it
