I feel like they try and get people in the door so to speak, then they try to meet the free delivery minimum. Rinse & repeat. Bad part is it definitely works on people haha.

Yeah and I get that. Also probably helps to spread out orders over the course of several days. You know ECX's sale is.... "NEARLY SITE WIDE!! 20% OFF!!" ( excludes CAP, TFA, LA, and FLV) which is pretty funny to me. I'm thankful for a discount on anything, don't get me wrong. But nearly site wide? Lol

It won't apply if you do not have either Capellas or Inawera in your cart, found that out.
