I'm sharing this because of one trick /u/ID10-T used to make the fuji/CDS mix into a sort of pie filling.

maybe mixing this up will give you ideas.
another recipe i've really enjoyed is "Queen's Cookie Jar" by sthrnmixer. In it he used INW Biscuit and CAP Sugar Cookie to make possibly my all time favorite cookie. In that recipe it's leaning towards short bread.
going by those two recipes here's what i'd try:
Fuji @ 3% (FA)
Dragonfruit @ 1% (TFA)
Apple pie @ 2% (FA) - haven't used this, don't know how to work it.

Cookie @ .8% (FA) - never used cookie before. might want to try biscuit at the same % or in addition to cookie.

This might turn out like crap, who knows... but there's some thoughts on it and a place to start.
I took out fresh cream because it's like.. a half and half creamer flavor to me and i don't see that fitting in a cookie very well.
I also took out vanilla custard because, while it is a great flavor, i don't think it fits very well in this mix. to me it would overpower the rest of the mix. bavarian cream and vienna cream together should be enough sweetness and cream.
it would also probably help if you mentioned how it tastes to you now and how you'd prefer it to taste.
I really appreciate your help with the creams and cookie! That was the issue I've been having I think was to many creams. Going to ditch the fresh cream like you suggested as well as drop the custard becuase I do feel like it over powers the mix after the 2 month mark. I've never tried the inw biscuit but I've herd great things about it! Going to have to order some of that as well as dragon fruit. Just ran out of dragon fruit mixing a fruit dish the other week but really like how it's sounding with the Fuji and danish. Might help fix my cinnamon issue without having to add more spice! Check out LB Baker's Touch, if you're ordering from somewhere that has it. It was recommended to me by LBs customer service, and I have it but haven't used it yet. But they specifically recommended it for turning fruits into baked fruit, I.e. Pie fillings. It has a touch of cinnamon as well, so it may even consolidate more than one of your ingredients. I also think the FA Liquid Amber is a good suggestion, I have been trying it as a means of creating baked pineapple. It's designed specifically for this purpose as well. People also use liquor, like TPA Kentucky Bourbon to achieve baked fruits. I probably wouldn't in this case, but if you're going to be making more baked fruits you could pick it up for cheap.

LB bakers touch sounds like a must have for my flavor chest! Thanks for that suggestion. I love all fruits and creams so this will definitely go into a few uses just off the top of the head. That baked pineapple sounds delicious!! Think I'm going to order some liquid amber, LB bakers touch, dragonfruit, inw biscuit and probably a few more. I agree I really enjoy discussing the different flavor theories I find hidden in posts like these. The best info I've found was from reading different comments and finding amazing tips for flavor combinations!!
This is already pretty similar to Apple Buttah, so you could definitely try. 5% FA Caramel and/or FA Liquid Amber. Both would be good additions, just depends on what your going for.
I highly recommend checking out FLV Apple Filling if you're in to that sort of thing.
Any similarities to fa apple pie?
So I get mostly like a crust with some apple flavor regarding FA Apple Pie. FLV Apple Filling is mostly a blend of like a red/cooked apple + cinnamon. If you've ever had FLV Rich Cinnamon or FLV Red Apple, you will probably notice some familiarities here since it seems like a good balance of the two together.
FA Apple pie at 2% might be too much. Imo anything over 1% has a burnt taste. CAP Apple pie v2 has been one of my favs. Fuji @ 4% seems like it might be a bit high too.
Decided to just mix up another batch too see how things go. Dropped the vanilla custard and fresh cream. I do have to say, as a shake and vape this stuff is amazing! Fresh sour apple upfront followed by a nice creamy apple center followed by the crust. I'll have to see how it does in the steep👍 not getting any burnt taste yet but like I said I'll see how the steep changes things. If anyone is interested in my updated mix let me know.
