Setup: (#1) Geekvape Tsunami 24mm; 7 wrap 24/32awg kanthal dual claptons @ .32Ω; cotton wicks; 60 W
(#2) Smok TFV8 T10 engine coil; .12Ω; 110 W
Testing: Inawera - Tobacco Absolute Cuban Cigar WG @ 3%; Aged: 4 weeks
Flavor description: Straight off, this flavor tastes like a legitimate dirty burning cigar. It has the wet leaf wrap, the shredded cigar tobacco, and the ever so slight ashy aftertaste. I would put this right in the middle of the spectrum dark/light wise as far as tobaccos go, for it is a slightly dark, slightly light tobacco that carries a surprising bit of moisture. It also has a slight leathery back note, which is expected with some tobaccos.
Off-flavors: Nothing really off here, it tastes a lot like vaping an average priced cigar.
Throat hit: 7/10 decently rich @3%, likely a lot less if used as an accent.
Uses: Standalone 3% it's legit, 4% I haven't tested, but with other INW tobaccos, I would imagine this getting numbingly richer. This would also work at 0.5-1% to round out something weaker like FA Cuban Supreme or another mild tobacco flavor in your arsenal.
Pairings: Milder tobaccos, tobacco additives, vanilla, brown sugar, caramel, butterscotch, coffee, maybe some light cream if you want to tone it down.
Notes: This leaves a filmy residue in my dropper bottle as well as my tank, still noticeable after the 4 week mark. I question its health risks due to the residue, but it is tasty if you're a tobacco head. It tastes slightly funky before a decently long steep, but the wait turns over a whole different realm of taste. I would recommend a full 3 week steep minimum before you judge this flavor, maybe even 4+.

TAs in general tend to look highly suspect. The super thick ones that you have to dilute are like black glue, even in diluted form.
Dirty Neutral Base is by far the most fuct flavoring I have ever laid eyes on. It literally has shit floating in it. Looks like hash oil stains stuck to the bottle it comes in too.
I neither condone nor disapprove of vaping TAs & NETs because I have no information to push me in either direction. I vape em both along with flavors that include diacetyl.
Have you ever tried diluting any of INW's tobaccos? I wonder if the flavoring would "clean up" enough to make it worth the time...
Haven't tried making a dilution no. Not sure it would make a difference really cuz I'd just have to use more of the dilution in my mixes. It might be worth messing about with but I tend to use their stuff at 1-3% so I'm not sure it's concentrated enough to really water down. Have you tried?
2.5% for me was just okay after 3-4 weeks -- a little thick and slightly greasy; weird mouthfeel and throat coat. I just came back to 10ml left over from a 15ml tester I mixed 3 months ago and WOW. Threw in 2% FA Latakia and 1% DNB and a touch of Vanilla Tahity; A day later, I couldn't put it down -- pounded it and felt instant regret the second it was gone. Mixed up another standalone 120 and am now waiting patiently and eager... Steep time's a bitch.
