Hello Strangers!
submitted over 8 years ago by KiteinCloud

I hope this post doesn't fall too far out of the spectrum for this sub, but I'm awesome at apologizing later. ;)

There is a KIC post in ECR currently with some interesting discussion of my philosophy (and others) regarding the pricing of liquid. I won't link it, as it does not have content primarily focused on DIY, but a lot of DIYers left some lovely comments.

I have been around these parts for a while (prior to KIC), but under my personal account. Not in any way a massive contributor, but a member of the community nonetheless. The insane talent here filled me with inspiration to push the boundaries of (unusual?) as far as I felt possible in commercially viable liquids.

I've been thinking of ways to give back like my wonderful friends at Charlie Noble, however I do not have anything specific to release. That being said, I'd love to discuss my methods as they aren't as regimented as most of the content here. More painting than asssembling.

If there is some interest in that, please let me know! I can do an AMA-style post, however it will involve some planning as life has had it's way with me lately.

Apologies for posting and running... will come back as soon as I can. <3

Do you mainly vape your creations that are out on the market? Or are you as cursed like most of us here where we're always searching for something new and exciting?

What are your top five favorite flavorings?

Have you tried our lord and savior FLV Mango? :)

I am pretty new to DIY and have been having a horrible time with TFA mango, tell me about this lord and savior.

I've never tried tfa mango but if you want a juicy, nectary, sweet mango, flv mango is what you want! I'm on mobile so I don't want to go through the hassle of linking the flavor reviews wiki, but go there and read the flv mango review for better details about it :)

Actually here's the link. Wasn't too hard to find on mobile https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/5rbzn1/flv_mango/?st=J3DUDSO2&sh=98a5917d

Mod here - thanks for the post, very interesting read. Let us know when Part II is up.

And yeah, an AMA would be interesting for the group. (I'm sure we'd love to hear more about your creation process especially. Message the mods when you are ready and we'll set something up.

How about you glance at the Lenola clones and tell us how we did? Kinda like bombies and Adirondack used to do. Not asking for any clues but it's always neat seeing what the creators think of the clone attempts floating around.

Thank you. I actually read your ECR post last night and it was absolutely fascinating. I enjoyed reading your insight into your own creative process

Great post! Looking forward to seeing the rest of it. I think that there's some merit to sharing it here. Even though it's not directly DIY I think there are a lot of people here who are just dipping their toes into other markets and seeing how you approached running KIC is very valuable for the would be juice line developers, whether they are planning on building from the ground up or just ghost mixing for other companies.

Would love to learn from your methods! "More painting than assembling" sounds like a beautiful way to express it!

More please. Unfortunately I've never had the pleasure of trying your creations, I DIY because good juice expensive in NZ. As a mixer though seeing another perspective on recipe creation would be interesting.

Oh you KNOW I'm interested in an AMA. Yours is some of the only commercial juice I still purchase!

Im so glad to see you around these parts! As a big fan of LC i''ve often wondered about how it all began. And now this post has gotten me even more curious.. please do a DIY AMA as i would love to get to know you're methods.. I litterally vaped liters of Lenola and will as long as i can, wich unfortunatly will not be for very long since there is no way of getting it to Denmark now when the TPD has kicked in and im down to my last bottles as of now..

and of course as fond as i am of LC i will not try to hide the fact that im trying to clone the shitz out of you're juice..not for the fame of it but because i would love to make recipes with some of those LC notes in it.. its so layered, and im looking for that banana style flavour and also that coconutty cream base as thats, what i really love about it.. ofcourse though im op to like my 50th take on it im still not anywhere near close.. that said ofcourse im not expecting you to reveal anything to sacred..

Btw would love to see your take on a butterscotch caramel recipe with LC base notes

Also get to know the Pre-KIC reddit-bobby, how it all began and if its true that you are using ingredients from other galaxys far away delivered by butyfull winged creatures?

You'r biggest fan, this is Stan P.S we should be together too &-:

Definitely do an AMA. I've been into DIY for about 6 months and I've developed quite a few original recipes that don't taste like anything I've seen on the market. I'd like to know your creative process, your methods, and a few other things as well.

Lenola Cream is my white whale of DIY cloning and one of my favorite juices ever. It is one of the few retail juices that ever lived up to the hype it received. KIC has created a masterpiece of a vape in Lenola and any insight on its development would be much appreciated.
