Setup: (#1) Geekvape Tsunami 24mm; 7 wrap 24/32awg kanthal dual claptons @ .32Ω; cotton wicks; 60 W
(#2) Smok TFV8 T10 engine coil; .12Ω; 110 W
Testing: Flavour Art - Cuban Supreme @ 3% & 6%; Aged: 1-4 weeks
Flavor description: Rather dry, dark, and fairly earthy tobacco with notes of something dark and sweet at the end, I can't decide if its more like dried molasses or dark chocolate. The overall flavor is mild and easy to vape.
Off-flavors: After 4 weeks, something almost tastes burnt, not sure if it was intentional by the creators or not, but even for a former long time smoker, it isn't exactly a pleasant sort of burnt.
Throat hit: 3/10 mild
Uses: 0.5-1.5% as an accent or 3-4% if you really want to push the taste. As a standalone, it's kind of boring at least for me.
Pairings: Other mild tobaccos, nuts, chocolate, coffee, spices, butterscotch, caramel, possibly a touch of dark fruit, or a little cream if you like.
Notes: The aroma of this flavor is much like that of a fine cigar, however the overall vape doesn't exactly match. I found it rather lifeless and boring, lacking the depth I enjoy with other tobacco flavors.

I really enjoy Cuban Supreme, and it's one of my favorite tobacco flavors to use. For the record, I have the whole FA Tobacco line, almost all of the TFA, and only a few of the INW & FLVs, so I'm definitely missing a lot of the best sellers from those brands. Cuban Supreme is definitely not one to vape standalone because it is neutral, and I can see why people would find it boring. But I find that that makes it great for mixing with anything else, for example FA White Peach to get a Peachy Cigar, or FA Catalan Cream for a sweet, creamy cigar taste.
It's a good building block for tobacco recipes as well.... I mix it with Virginia to have a pleasant, cigarette-like vape without any unpleasant aftertaste. Cuban Supreme can be used to offset some of the sweetness or spiciness of other tobaccos as well, neutralizing them while retaining a tobacco flavor. I think many tobacco flavors like FLV Cured Tobacco are kinda overwhelming, so if anyone agrees about that but is still interested in tobaccos in general, try FA Cuban Supreme.
Ever mixed CS with TFA Cubano? I like the Cubano, but it lacks a certain... Robusto... And it starts to get harsh over 2%. Do you think a 1% of each might be a decent cigar flavor? I feel like the description of CS has the profile missing from the sort of peppery/floral Cubano.
I haven't mixed the two =( I have a hard time getting anything good out of TFA tobaccos, they all have a strong chemical taste to me. I haven't done much with them, though, to be perfectly honest because once I found several FA Tobaccos I liked, I focused my attention on them. I can tell you which FA Tobaccos I think you should try, if you want. There are definitely a few duds IMO, and that's what I get for purposely seeking out the oddball flavors that nobody ever talks about. FA Cam Blend Ultimate is absolutely repulsive to me.
Edit: I love TFA RY4 Double, I think that's a given though, but I dont consider it one of the TFA Tobaccos I'm referring to. FA Burley is another neutral Tobacco with more intensity than Cuban Supreme. I use it low, like .5% to bring the tobacco flavor out of RY4 mixes.
Edit again: Try FA Tuscan Reserve with Cubano if Cuban Supreme doesn't work. I think Cuban Supreme would be nice though.
After being constantly disappointed with tobacco flavourings I was pleasantly surprised by this one. At 2% it is actually pretty damn cigar-like without turning into "essence of ashtray". I agree it is not terribly interesting on its own but 90% of tobacco flavours make me think "WTF were they going for". I am hoping I can use it to blend with some tobacco flavours I like but aren't particularly tobacco-ey like FA Glory and FW Blubacco. I was hoping I could use it a bit like INW Dirty Neutral base but haven't had any success blending it as yet.
