got an order for 500ml of 7.2 nic in VG in before the TPD deadline, and they accidentally sent it in a PG carrier instead. I figured I wouldn't stress too much as it doesn't make too much difference anyway. But I emailed them with photos of the bottle and my invoice, and they have now shipped a VG bottle of 7.2 nic at 500ml and also told me I can keep the PG version as way of an apology!
I tip my hat to the good people of darkstar, most companies would make you pay the postage costs to return the wrong item.
Always had good customer service from DarkStar. Bit of a shame really that they no longer sell Nic as the delivery cost was justified by getting my Nic at the same time as stocking up on PG/VG
They still sell nic, it's just in the 10ml 18mg bottles. They only sell 72mg nic to business customers.
Like I said, shame they don't sell Nic anymore. Can keep those stupid Nic Shots as far as I am concerned!
