Inawera Flavors VS Inawera Winkel websites?

I'm considering ordering directly from INW. Found 2 sites. Does anyone know what the difference is? Winkel is an authorized dealer, that much I know..

best is e-aromashop.com followed by winkel. Avoid inaweraflavors

e-aroma has terrific pricing, fantastic customer service, cheap and fast shipping. Winkel is good and they'd be who I would order from if e-aroma wasn't around :)

Inaweraflavors is just terrible, or at least they were because everyone I know stopped ordering from them a few years ago - terrible customer service, crazy pricing, minimum orders. Just no.

I think Inawera direct is mostly geared up for wholesale. Wholesalers often don't have much customer service and it's not easy to order as end user, although not impossible.

Thanks. Great info. Is inaweraflavors the actual company do you know? I know we'll never get MSDS from them but I kinda want to call anyway and see if they'll budge.

Man, I gave up. I tried to order directly, and found it completely bass ackwards and unintuitive.

Hmmm, couldn't enter a proper Canadian address, I forget which field.

Then there was a VAT and currency conversion issue

Followed by a 1st order discount applied.

Great, so I go to check out, but only bogus options. Oh, wait, look there's a Paypal option, yeah, I'll use that. Nope, the $ amount wouldn't transfer over to Paypal.

So I send an email where shit all gets lost in translation. I'm eventually told to make a personal payment. Still thinking of going through with it, they refuse to give me the 1st order discount, as their system now showed I had ordered before.

On that note, I've never been back. Good luck.

DIY-Ejuice.com over in BC has a bunch of Inawera... not their entire catalog, but they've got a lot.

I actually worked with some guy at BCF BullCity to get the Canadian shipping option setup for cheapest USPS with tracking. My orders take about 4 days, no issues at all. I only use 'em for Inawera, Hangsen (I think), and Flavorah.

I've had good luck with e-aromashop.com as well, good pricing and complete selection of Inawera. Shipping is pretty quick too.

Inawera.com has been good for me as well - most of the time. I did have the wonky address problem once, but ordered a couple of other times as well without issue. Good service too, I emailed a flavor I left out of the order by mistake right after I made the order and they threw it in the shipment for me, and once got the wrong flavor. Shipped out the correct flavor immediately.
