Hey all, just got in all my new flavorings in order to attempt to clone Banshee, which is a clone of Ghost Berry by Steamjunk. Banshee is a popular house juice at one of my local B&Ms and I got sick of paying $15 for a 30ml for it cause I went through it like no tomorrow lol. Anyways, anybody who knows anything about the flavor let me know what you think about these percentages! Will report back later once it's all mixed up.
LA Blueberry- 10%
TFA Sweet Raspberry- 6%
TFA sweetener- 2%
FW grape soda(for the exhale)- 4%
Try w/o sweetener. Pretty sure grape soda has plenty of sucralose and that combo is just gonna ruin your coils
I actually think I could help on this one. I have tried to clone ghostberry for fun. I can honestly say for a fact that Loranns Blueberry is definitely one ingredient. The next I have used is TFA Raspberry. I tried raspberry sweet too but the regular raspberry works better. The last part of the recipe is the tricky part. In the original description it is described as magic... This juice has also been around for a long time so it is probably something like Loranns or TFA or one of the more common flavor companys. Dragon Fruit works pretty well as the third ingredient although I don't think that is what it is. On one of my more recent mixes I did something like this:
Loranns Blueberry 5-6%
TFA Raspberry 5-6%
TFA or FW Dragonfruit 5-6%
The Raspberry and Blueberry make up the main taste and the "magic" is what ties it all together. I will keep reporting back until I nail it down. In the mean time these first two ingredients are definitely in it.
I agree. I have a bottle of Banshee and I just mixed my juice up and those two are DEFINITELY in there. I appreciate the input brother I love this juice
You're welcome! yea I mean the most obvious is definitely loranns blueberry because the color is exact. The regular raspberry works great too, i think its definitely it. The hard part is the "magic"
Honestly, I bet if we picked out likely flavorings from several manufacturers that were around during that time and kept trying them as the 3rd, I think we would eventually find it. Also, not exactly sure but I think the percents are probably close to 4-6% on each one.
Well the sweetener has pretty much ruined this attempt. It is WAY too sweet. Gonna mix something up with your percents minus the dragon fruit since I have none
Yea its probably pretty sweet on its own. I feel like there are a lot of things that could be used as a third ingredient here that would work well.
