How is Grack Juice for the Strawberry Impaired?
submitted over 8 years ago by MaxOWTex

I had /u/Philosaphucker 's Grack Juice on my wish-list, and now that I'm coming up on buying more concentrates, I notice that it uses Sweet Strawberry (CAP).

I'm coming to terms that I'm among the club of folk that cannot taste vaped strawberry, and I don't know if this recipe (or any with any strawberry) will be worth making (for me).

My question is:

  • Of you that have tried this recipe and are certain to be unable to taste vaped strawberry, does it still shine as special as it is so widely regarded?

EDIT: Cool. I'm gonna end up making it then. Thanks everyone. :)

Totally agree. I basically get nothing but "sweet" from Sweet Strawberry and I dig the hell out of the recipe.

Grape, Cactus and Koolada are the main actors there.

I have no idea what the strawberry and even raspberry are doing there but I love it and always mix it as is.

I cannot taste strawberry and I don't know if I'm missing out on the full flavor, but I still think grack juice is really good.

Been vaping it all week and forgot strawberry was in it until I saw this post.

Like others have said, acts more like a sweetener. Also helps 'meld' the fruits together IMO.

It's an odd flavor, but I just can't put it down. For me it has this almost fruity hint of something similar to patchouli. It might be the combination/percentages of Dragonfruit and Cactus. I wish I could figure out why. The really prominent flavor I taste in it is Grape.

It's a good recipe, mix it and enjoy it!

I don't think Grack Juice was meant to be strawberry so even for those that can taste strawberry in a vape they won't taste it in that recipe most likely. Grack is more grape than anything and it's damn good.

grack juice is fucking good.

I like it especially as a shake and vape when it seems to taste the most like a grape pixi-stick. You really can't go wrong with it.

If you end up liking it, give Prack Juice a shot.

If you can not taste strawberry, but want to, try this:

I don't know how they do it, but you will be able to taste strawberry. A lot of delicious ripe strawberries. It's amazing.

I guess it is TPA Strawberry Ripe, CAP Sweet Strawberry and some FA Strawberry and a bit FA Kiwi. I am not sure yet though.

you will like it, is a very peculiar flavour, really original. Note: I taste no strawberry at all (TFA, CAP..) but this juice tastes fantastic, is ne of those flavours that you dont find in the real life but taste awesome

Yep. I was gonna say, I didn't even realize i never tasted a strawberry from grack juice. It's hella good, of course. If someone asks, I usually tell em it's like a grape kool -aid.

Edited: corrected the auto-correct

Would you think subbing the sweet strawberry with FA strawberry would yield similar results?

Don't have the sweet strawberry on hand and want to give it a go.

Did you try it? I'll be giving it a try with FA raspberry instead of INW for the same reason.

Nah I didn't end up subbing it, needed pg and vg so I grabbed the INW while I was at it.

It seems much of what I need to proceed is still 3000 first-class miles away.
