Is there one that stands out ? Must ship internationally. Cheers
I gotta second flavorplace or bull city. If you're in Europe these guys are located on the east coast which might cut out 1-3 extra days of waiting for stuff from the West coast like ecx.
Vouch for BCF, been buying from them for 1 1/2 years and will continue for many more! Excellent customer service & shipping/handling speed, no matter what size the order. I placed an order for around 25 4 oz bottles yesterday around 1PM. Just received them earlier today at around 2:30 PM. I also only live three states away from their facility, but that's faster than I receive from my other various suppliers that are located in a neighboring state!
http://www.ecigexpress.com has the largest selection
That website is so ridiculously slow i stopped shopping at EcigX , my God man it's horrific .
Wish "internationally" had been in the title. I'll say mine anyways, cheers.
wizardlabs.us is Florida based and the only shop I've used for over a year. They have always gone above and beyond.
I don't like the glass vials they use... I use bull city flavor a lot
no more glass bottles except for maybe the tiny samplers. I have used them pretty much exclusively for 3 years now with no issues. The only things I ordered elsewhere were direct from TFA at one point. Wizard labs is local to me, so i go pick up my order, typically they call me within 12 hrs of ordering to confirm its ready for pickup.

I regularly purchase from WizardLabs, Bull City Vapor, Gremlin, ECX, and Nicotine River, and I'm not sure how FlavorPlace has escaped my radar until now, but I'm sure they'll be working their way into the rotation, and for the most part they all fit your requirements.
When I'm running low on a flavor, I add it to the to-buy spreadsheet, with a minimum desired purchase in ml.
I then ~~waste~~ invest the time to shop through each vendor to fill out prices, availability, and volumes from my preferred vendors - many times I'll pony up and purchase more than I need because one vendor is offering a really good discount on a larger volume.
The biggest hassle in it all is figuring out the best price while hitting the fewest vendors in order to minimize shipping cost. :-/ As such, I tend to purchase a lot all at once vs many smaller orders. Feels like there has to be a better way. ATF's availability information helps to a degree. I'll probably end up writing something at some point to do the busy-work for me.
Ummmm...i really tangented there. Sorry. :-/
