TFA Pie Crust tastes/smells like woody whiskey bourbon stuff
submitted over 8 years ago by mrloqqe

I may have gotten the wrong flavor from chefflavours, again. Not sure but for me its nothing like i imagine a pie crust flavor to smell/taste. It has a woody and alcohilic note, therefore I seriously suspect it to be tfa whiskey or something like that. sucks! or can anybody tell me, if that's just like the flavor is?

TFA pie crust contains a bit of furfuryl alcohol (not the best thing to vape) a little bit probably won't hurt too much but I wouldn't use that flavor too much. Idk if that would cause the smell.

Whatever it contains, I'm going to be vaping a crapton of it thanks to /u/rageisalotofwork using it in his Sadlad Toast Crunch.

I don't even want to know what chemicals are in Mango Tango. They have been polluting the office air at work for the last month.

It's so good. Sorry I'm not home to sniff my TFA Pie Crust for you, but often stuff smells very different in the bottle than the way it tastes when vaped, especially when it's only used at a low % in a recipe. That Sadlad Toast Crunch is FREAKISHLY accurate.

Hmm, just took a quick whiff of my Pie Crust TPA. It smells like soy sauce... it smells salty and dark. I guess there is a hint of alcohol. Can you see any of those descriptors in yours when you take a smell?
