2 days ago, I ordered 500ml of Carolina Extract, but after checking the invoice I realized I gave them my old address instead of the current one (google autofill). I emailed them and called them, but the number they gave had no answer and I still haven't gotten an email back from them. Does anyone else have experience with their customer service?
Not bashing them at all but they are quite hard to get a hold of for some reason. One time I tried to get a hold of them for an entire week trying to sort out an issue with our several thousand dollar order. Never got a call or email back! Ended up figuring out my issue so finally just gave up. They have some of the smoothest nicotine available so we use their product still but they need a customer service rep or something.

They are a top notch vendor.
Do you know how I can contact them considering calling and email have both yielded no responses?
Well it's a weekend, and a holiday weekend at that. If no one is answering their number than they probably are not open anymore this weekend
I imagine you'll get straightened out before it ships. They're very fast at sending stuff out though, so hope they're behind. If there's no other way you could try sending a letter to your old house with your phone number inside it and instructions on how you and the new resident could possibly straighten it out.
I wish! Unfortunately I'm on a college campus and my old address was a dorm hall that's getting demolished right now...
Just in case you can't get a hold of them before they ship it, fill out the change of address/forward mail form on the USPS' website. They'll usually forward the package to you.
Damn, well in that case they'll probably get a return to sender and unfortunately you may have to pay the expensive shipping again. But, I think they're not working if you haven't got any response. Primo Nicotine and they answered my questions next day, so I hope they take care of you as well.
