Question for the Strawberry mutes out there. What's your main replacement?

Alright guys, I'd rather post here, sorry if I'm breaking rules but it's not really a new mixer question IMO. I'm a strawberry mute, and it bothers me a lot because I can taste it for literally the first puff and then not again until I switch away for a while and switch back. So I know completely and full well what I'm missing.

My question pertains to the others that share my pain. What are your go to substitutions for strawberry in recipes? Example maybe like nana cream, or God Milk. I'm placing an order for some more flavors for various recipes but would like to add in a couple extras to replace the strawberry I have and can't use. Thanks in advance!

Side note in my order as well is FA Kiwi, TFA Kentucky Bourbon and some TFA toasted marsh. Looking so forward to trying that bad boy out. I like boozy vapes.

KB and TM just works wonderfully together. That deadly combo was /u/id10-t's idea. Just so happened that I found that FA Kiwi took it up a notch. I hope you'll discover a new thing with the combo!

Since you like boozy vapes, don't miss Bangin Bourbon Bread and Drunken Pears. KB works well in those too.

I can taste strawberry but this jf strawberry makes me feel like I'm half strawberry mute. It's really good.

I found I was adding TPA Dragonfruit along with Strawberry as I've read that dragonfruit can bring out strawberry. No matter, it is tasty and I found it worked nicely in God Milk.

I heard FW Hazelnut at around 0.5% can really bring out a strawberry flavor without adding a nuttiness to it.

Try adding 0.25% of a 0.9% saline solution. It's not the best fix, but I find it brings the strawberry out a bit more. Oddly enough, I only have issues with tasting INW Shisha Strawberry and TFA Strawberry, but not TFA Strawberry Ripe...with the saline in there, I can taste a hint of the strawberries, but it's not as strong as I hoped.

Alright so I made some solution this morning, and in a rush I added a drop or two to 30mls of mustard milk and nana cream and strawberry Kiwi. Scales at work so I can't weigh but man, thank you. It's not perfect but definitely adds a bit more to it. Bonus points for making everything much more smooth. So thank you. Good temporary fix until I can find a flavor that works.

Which strawberry do you use? I have the same issue and often find I can combat this by combining different strawberries together or adding .5%-1% blueberry extra (TFA) [Any blueberry should suffice, it helps highlight the strawberry]

The two I had before today were tfa strawberry and Ripe. In most mixes I would mix the two regardless of whether it called for it or not. Just got JF strawberry and INW shisha today so I'll try those out in place and se eif it shows through more.

Will do for sure. I'm currently in trade school so it'll be a couple weeks before I have the time to try a new mix but I will definitely keep this up to date.

I don't know why but all other strawberries except tfa ripe, taste chemical/perfumey to me.

I am hearing great things about this one. I can taste all strawberry, luckily, but if this one is as good as people say then I may not need to own so many different ones.

Haven't tried the MF, the RF SC strawberry is really good. Tried it last night, might be my new favorite. It really tastes like fresh strawberries, I added a little strawberry ripe (excellent) , I want to see how it plays with a touch of FA strawberry.

I have not no, I've had a few commercial juices that include strawberry flavors but of course I'll never know what they were. But still never able to taste it in them either.

Honestly all of the strawberrys tastes chemically to me. Shisha strawberry included. I haven't tried jf sweet strawberry or flavorah alpine strawberry.

I just swap the strawberrys with some other fruit blueberries usually works well instead of strawberry.

In my case, it doesnt matter what flavor i can barely taste any strawberry. The only good strawberry that i can taste is 12% Strawberry Ripe + 8% Cap Strawberry. And i double the percentage of strawberry in other recipes. Hope that help :)

Alright, for the guys who's have been waiting patiently for results. I feel you will be let down. INW strawberry shisha is the front runner for sure. I can taste it. Very mild, but it's there. I made a few different recipes, mostly fruit for minimal steeping. All 70/30. Nana cream, strawberry Kiwi, pink lemonade with more strawberry than lemonade. Tried with both shisha and JF strawberry. The JF strawberry seems pretty harsh to me, took away from the other flavors and kind of ruined the vape. The shisha is there but it's a light note. I tried adding a bit of TFA Ripe to both recipes as well and it also helps boost it but still the lack of strawberry taste is frustrating. I'm done trying now I think. I'll move on, my tastes have changed towards tobacco again lately so I'm putting those things to bed now. Fuck you strawberry.
