Like the title sort-of says, I'm shooting to make a trix cereal and fruit cream cheese bar recipe. I just made a small 15ml test batch and it came out pretty damn good but I've got a few problems with it. 1) I'm not huge on the Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA). I always get a weird taste from it (that I have a hard time describing lol). I'm looking for a solid cookie or crust flavor that doesn't have the bite that the TPA does. Any suggestions? 2) I'm looking to slightly bring up the cream flavor without using more Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA). The vanilla content now seems perfect. Any suggestions on cream flavors that aren't extremely sweet, since this already is? Recipe is: Blueberry Wild (TPA) 2%
Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) 2%
Silly Rabbit (TPA) 5%
Strawberry (FW) 1%
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA) 3%

meringue and loranns cream cheese icing should be what youre looking for except for the fact they're both fairly sweet. They actually fit your recipe to the point id remove the cheesecake graham crust and supplement with some capella graham cracker. Anyway, happy experimentation!

Graham cracker clear is a great secret weapon to have with cheesecake flavours. The graham cracker in NY cheesecake graham crust can be too subtle, plus it makes it real easy for a tribecca clone.
Shit, I used the last of my Graham cracker clear a few batches ago. Looks like I'll be buying some more. I typically buy direct from the manufacturer so I typically try to buy from only one per order lol (which I know has huge drawbacks). Know of any vendors that sell multiple flavor manufacturers? Looks like I need to stop being cheap and start going through a vendor to get the shit I really need/want lol. Any suggestions on a vendor (I've seen the sidebar list but usually like to get a reference or two before buying anything online from an unknown source)?
Sorry for back tracking on your OP. I think I'm kicking down the strawberry and blueberry to help boost the cereal so that should take care of some of the sweetness. Read that the LA comes across as more of a frosting than an icing but am curious as to how it works with the meringue. Also curious about typical percents when used together.
FA Cookie, JF Biscuit/INW Biscuit for a boost on the cookie profile. JF version is a tad bit sweeter and doesn't have the weird after taste that INW has.
FA Cream Fresh or FLV Cream might be what you're looking for to boost the cream profile without any vanilla. They both aren't too sweet and provide a good cream flavor.
If you're not happy with TFA Silly Rabbit go with FLV Tricks Cereal for the flavor. That stuff tastes exactly like like it without any of the cereal notes.
Would you be able to describe the after taste of the INW cookie? A decently noticable cookie flavor is exactly what I'm looking for and that sounds like a better route than what I'm currently going. As for that tricks, I actually want to just slightly bring up the cereal flavor. Any recommendations on just cereal flavoring? Thanks!

Ah fuck, I meant the INW biscuit. As for the tricks I think I'll probably just halve the strawberry and blueberry to let the tricks shine a little better. Thanks for the advice man. I haven't been doing DIY for too long and usually do big batches of shit I know I like so I'm not super knowledgeable on all the different flavors out there. I actually just bought these on a whim and rolled with the test batch and was pleasantly surprised. I'm usually not too stoked on stuff I've created off the top of my head.
what percentage do you use flv tricks cereal? I have heard very mixed reviews of this flavor.
I've used it at 1.5%-3%. I think it fits best in most applications at 2% though.
A lot of people seem to write it off because S&V it's harsh as fuck. You have to let this flavor sit for at least 3 days before it calms down.
