Cheap chinese flavorings - safe?
submitted over 8 years ago by spurkle

Hi. Few months ago I started DIYing a bit of juice for myself. I've been using capella flavorings, which cost around 7 euro per 10 ml bottle. Recently, I have found a multiple Chinese eBay sellers which sell 30ml flavoring bottle for $3-4.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/351892353283?var=621238486827

This one, for example.

I have a feeling that .7 euro per 1 ml is some what expensive, or is that just me being a cheap ass? Anyone had experience with Chinese flavorings?

This is my goto. Their own brand concentrates have been in my rotation the longest.

Just spent over £100 on their website. I blame this thread😑

Thanks! Hopefully they ship to Estonia.

They should be shipping to everywhere in europe.

Absolutly best shop for flavorings. Really really big variety of flavours, dont forget to also check out the vapers home mixing one shot range. They are delicious.

I pay 4 euro shipping if dont exceed 40 euro to austria, everything above is 10 euro, but I think thats because the package gets bigger and heavier ;)

Wouldn't try that, but it's up to you. Inawera is polish, Flavour Art is italian and there are plenty of german and french flavor manufacturers. If you want to order from the US try ecigexpress, bullcityflavors, gremlindiy. If you have questions call or email them, I'm sure they'll be happy to explain the most efficient ordering formats, i.e. how many bottles fit in the boxes etc...Some carry Hangsen, which is probably the only chinese flavoring to look at.

The Ebay listing says "Made in UK" - no, just no. Food grade - no, not good enough. "E" - great brandname, meh.

It also says the brand name is "myfreshlabs", not "E". I also wouldn't trust it.

The Super Concentrates line that ecigexpress, Bull City, and Vaping Zone sells are Chinese.

€7 is extremely steep for 10ml of flavouring. I live in th uk so I'm going on the pound, but I pay £1.99 for 10ml of capella from here

some good deals on this site.

I'm Irish but moved to china over 12 years ago. All I will say is that 90 % of Chinese people will never buy Chinese made e juice and the same goes for flavourings . In general unless the label reads made in America or Europe it's won't be trusted. I'm not saying you can't trust what you have found on e bay but, if it's not generally trusted in its country of origin.......

Check out the side bar at r/ecr_eu There is a thread with vendors for eu, some has discounts for reddit. Dont know how to link it so you should search yourself. Sorry

https://www.reddit.com/r/ecr_eu/comments/4ewsyj/ecr_eu_diy_vendor_list/#vendors Maybe this works

Also: check out cloudhouse vapors. They have 5 packs of cap and tfa. I think its about 9 euro for 5 tfa flavors

I don't have any experience with Chinese flavorings, but I have extensive experience with Chinese products. More often than not, you get what you pay for. Safety regulations are lax, and not quite as good as authentic. Personally, I wouldn't even risk it due to health concerns. But realistically the worst to happen is likely just going to be poopy flavors, best case is that you discovered a good cheap flavor source.

Thanks for the reply. Do you possibly know a good web store that ships to EU?

I'm sorry, I do not. I'm in the States. You could try to find a good vendor (maybe peruse the sub a bit) and just see if they ship to EU, as some may. But there's wierd regulations going around recently, so you might be better off finding a EU based vendor.

From some quick looking of my own, I found: Liberty-flights.co.uk And some others, but honestly it looks like slim pickins in that regard. Best of luck!

10 years ago most people were smoking Chinese juice and it was gross but doable. And the U.S. made stuff was expensive.

Now you're somehow paying way too much for stuff to be shipped around the world twice. Find a better supplier since that's insane.
