What's the difference between 1,2-propanediol and 1,3-propanediol?

I've heard about 1,3-propanediol a bunch but I received an MSDS form from INAWERA and it said ingredients: 1,2-propanediol 99.8%. Anyone know anything about the differences between them? My research came up short.

1,2 is called "propylene glycol" or PG

1,3 is called "propanediol" or trade names Zemea or Susterra.
