Do FA/TFA and other flavorings meet the FDA labeling requirements?

I'm looking to ship some flavors to myself in Vietnam, but they must meet the FDA labeling requirments to be shipped. Does anyone know if FA/TFA and other companies meet these labeling requirements?

They are a food product, I'm certain the original packaging meets whatever labeling rules the FDA has for non nutritional foods, which is probably just a list of ingredients. Original packaging should say something like "Propylene Glycol, Artificial Flavorings". This is probably sufficient. You always have the option of putting a new label over the old that says "Sex Lube". Then no one will question it.

They're food flavorings so you don't have to worry about anything. Many of these are sold at stores so they meet all of the FDA's standards.

I think it's under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. I think it's the same labeling requirements that would be had if these flavors were sold at the supermarket.

Flavors don't have FDA labeling requirements. Only nicotine products will be subject to the pending regs.

Flavor extracts used in baking and Candy do not need those labels...

some are labelled as combustibles/flammables and those are nearly impossible to have it shipped internationally (i buy what i can from Brazil)

you need to check the specsheetlist page and review each SDS U.S page for each flavor you want to buy and avoid anything flammable/combustible

Can you give anymore info about when you ship to Brazil, such as what do you declare the flavors as? Food? Cosmetics? Have you had any problems with certain flavoring brands? Are there some popular flavors you know of that are labeled as combustible/flammable?

Have you ever had any problems with flavors that have been rebottled? Thanks a lot

Those are a lot of questions, I only made like 4 orders to TPA, none for other suppliers.

I usually buy stuff locally, only stuff that I use a lot I tried to get directly from TPA.

They just come as "artificial flavorings". Never bought rebottled.

You can get SDS sheets for all the main US vendors either direct or from whoever you're purchasing from.

The flammable products list might surprise you, it's not always the products you think. The only option really is to check flavor by flavor.

We send rebottled product abroad all the time. The standards are pretty simple from what I remember, ingredients, size etc... I would imagine everyone's bottles are compliant.

I don't know much specifics but as far as I know the big companies made some changes recently to their packaging to adhere to the new FDA and TPD regulations.

You should investigate and research more specifics though.
