So I just opened a bottle of LNW nicotine and broke the seal. The contents are pink. Is this normal for them? Its my first time buying from a distributor aside from Nude Nicotine and this is pretty disappointing.
If it tastes fine, it's fine.
Pink usual just denotes that nitrogen was absorbed into the nicotine, not oxygen.
id also recommend tossing it into a smaller bottle... i notice my nic has a really light pink hint in its main bottle, but once its put into a small glass bottle for my mixing bottle, it looks perfectly clear... i dont know why but it does... thats what i base it off of overall... i had some stuff that would look coloured even in the mixing bottle i knew to pitch it...
Na, I have the same pink nicotine from the same company and drawing it up in a clear syringe it's still pink.
We have found that usually nicotine oxidizes to a brownish rust color, but if it contains less impurities it will oxidize to a pinkish red color.
The color doesn't have any effect on the quality of the nicotine, but there is a huge difference in oxidation from the smallest changes in impurities.
Exact same thing with me. I called them and said they won't replace oxidized nicotine.
Yea I'm pretty sure this is oxidized a bit. I mixed 70 ml of strawberry banana custard with it at 12 mg/ml and it's a lot harsher then the liquids I made with Nude Nicotine. I'll just stay away in the future. It's not bad enough for me to throw it out just really disappointing to see that in a brand new sealed bottle

Pink is usually not that bad at all, and I've vaped brown earth smelling oxidised nicotine with okay results.
E.g. don't throw it away just yet, test it first.
But yes, nicotine quality does vary quite a much unfortunately. I still struggle to find a good nicotine supplier in my area.
I think once you vape on our nicotine blends in your ejuice you will see that it is a high quality nicotine. The tint of the nicotine is not a measure of purity in nicotine.
sorry newbjuice, I've never bought from anywhere but nude nicotine. I've spoken with the owner jake before and they do not prebottle any of their nicotine, it is all freshly made. Once they get the drums from overseas they put them in a huge freezer and freeze it to below -30C i believe. They have new nicotine salts that i'm dying to try.
