This is the thread to share all of your best individual creations. If you want to share your recipe as its own post, it must have extra content such as development process, variations, etc - but please post it here as well for posterity. We also have weekly threads for new-mixer questions and "help me mix something with these flavors" threads. Please help keep the community "clean" by posting in appropriate threads.
It's best to use the format:
<Flavor> (<Vendor>) @ x%
<Flavor> (<Vendor>) @ x%
<Flavor> (<Vendor>) @ x%
<Flavor> (<Vendor>) y drops per z ml
(note - if you are having trouble with spacing, hit the space bar twice before you hit return and your comment will begin a new line without a paragraph break).
Don't forget to review the many recipes from the February thread. Your next ADV may have already been posted there. Congrats to /u/nikareijii for having the top-voted recipe last month. Second month in a row that a first posted recipe is the top rated.
Happy Mixing!
As many of you know, fruits vapes are hard to mess up. Therefore they are my specialty.
THREE AMIGOS v1 Shake & Vape
Brand | Flavor | % ---|----|---- FW | Blood Orange | 1.5 FA | Pomegranate | 1.5 FA | Fuji | 3 INW | Cactus | 1
It's light and fruity. Perfect ADV.
I've been looking for more uses of blood orange. Thanks eh
This seems great, only issue is that I can't get my hands on FA Pomegranate. Is there any other I could replace it with? Of course it wouldn't be the same, but have you tried mixing with another pomegranate?
How do you make this chart thingy?
Flavor | Mfg | % ---|---|---- FA | Strawberry | 3 FA | Fuji | 2 FA | Watermelon | 3 TFA | Honeysuckle | 1 FLV | Mango | 1
When I first shared my original Strap-On in the May 2016 recipe thread, I tried to encourage people to play with it. Some did, and /u/Apexified created this delicious Manly Strap-On while /u/philosaphucker made Stacks On Deck.
More recently I showed off my Spiny Dragon Strap-On, which has pleased a few people, and ATF user Havohej responded with "Suckle My Strap-On."
To me, Manly Strap-On was the best strap-on (until this one, of course) but Suckle My Strap-On was awesome, too. Both FLV Mango and TFA Honeysuckle bring wonderful things those recipes. ¿Porqué no los dos, señoritas? Putting the two together gives the best of both recipes. What you get is a sweet, syrupy, tropical fruit cup with a variety of fruit notes that play with your palate in different ways as you vape it, which is why I call it a fruit cup rather than a fruit punch. You can shake and vape it, but if you give it a couple of days, the TFA Honeysuckle changes the mouthfeel a bit so it feels almost like there's a drop of cream in your fruit cup. Yum!
Got another idea for adding a little thing or two to the original Strawberry-Apple-Watermelon? Or a different combination of strawberry, apple, and watermelon flavors? Please, show me your Strap-On. My body is ready.
Edit: Wow there's a new Strap-On already and it ~~looks delicious!~~ was literally delicious, /u/matthewkocanda !
Edit 2: But wait, there's more! So sweet and creamy!
Edit 3: Here's another!, and it's wonderful. I finally ordered Jackfruit so I could mix this and I wish I'd bought it sooner.
Edit 4: Another fab faux peen! What a difference a little fuzz makes! Love this. Thanks /u/ediblemalfunction !
Edit 5: It's an epidemic! Found this recipe to have good potential but missing something to make it magical. Still love looking at that hilarious photoshop though.
Edit 6: Party time! Ordered FLV Wild Melon for this.
Edit 7: Get Milked! has a few too many top notes for my taste, but IMO could be the start of something intensely pleasurable with just minor adjustments.
Edit 8: Because of the implication, I mixed this up as soon as I could. OSDIY Blue Raspberry Slush is surprisingly forward at just 3% and makes a sweet, syrupy, and undeniably oceanic blue addition to the original strap-on. Delicious!
Edit 9: Princess Bubblegum's fetish exposed! This one turned strap-on into a yummy fruity bubble gum!
Edit 10: /u/deejaymillsnyc 's strap-on is looks like a romantic getaway. I'll be getting INW Cherimoya so I can make the guanabana guy's lesbian honeymoon juice.
Edit 11: /u/Burgster99 's strap-on is a fun mix of candy watermelon with realistic kiwi and apple and a strawberry that sits on the fence. Give this one a longer steep than is recommended and it'll be worth the wait!
Edit 12: I'll have to get some DIYFS Banana Cream for this explosive recipe
Edit 13: Now that /u/skiddlzninja is in on it strap-on has officially become cliche. Also this recipe tastes WONDERFUL with just an overnight steep and I imagine it will only get better over time.
Edit 14: Someone had to use this name. Maybe now the strap-on phenomenon can end. I'll be ordering the FA Blackcurrant to try it.
Edit 15: Bit of a latecummer maybe, but, /u/Chrisdvr1 just had to slip this one in, and I'm so glad he did. Way to make lemonade more interesting!
Edit 16: In Eastern Europe, Strap-on Wears You.
Edit 17: Ok, I think we can stop with the sex-toy themed recipes now.
Edit 18: Just because her heart wasn't in it, doesn't mean the flavor ain't; looking forward to taking this one for a ride.
Edit 19: Mixing up all these strap-ons is getting too rich for my blood.
Edit 20: It continues...
Looks fab. I'm making mother of dragons milk as my first ever DIY, so if I manage to not screw it up I want to give this one a shot.
Check out Mother of God's Milk too. He just put that one up and says its better than either Dragon's milk or God's Milk. I'm letting it steep right now.
I hope you like it! It's a little different - the idea behind it involved using very common ingredients in an uncommon way - and might not be for everyone. Although, I certainly love it and it has been well-received, much more well-received than I expected. Be sure to let it steep for a week.
Lo and behold, I didn't screw it up! Made some mustard milk and strawberry cookies for something to vape whilst it steeps.
Silly question, but what flavour profiles does the steeping bring out in this case? I'd imagine it would let the creams shine through but I'm new to this.
I absolutely love the Spiny Dragon Strap-On. However, to keep things interesting I subbed out the watermelon for FW Kiwi. The kiwi overpowered things, but it's still delicious. I'm calling it the Spiny Strappy Dragon Wi.
Can some one please explain what the hell is a strap on recipe. Google results are not the best for this question
hahaha even with safe search off, google results look fine to me
I'll start the thread off by sharing my best creation so far. This has a sweet and thick, sort of coconutty but not full on, inhale and a drier, tobacco-ish exhale.
It's great after a one week steep but really shines after two.
Bluebacca
MFG | Flavor | Percentage ---------|----------|---------- FW | Blu-bacco | 4% FW | Blueberry Graham Waffle | 4% TFA | Vanilla Swirl | 3% TFA | Toasted Marshmallow | 1% TFA | Toasted Almond | 0.5% FA | Coconut | 1%
love blubacco, have all of these except the waffle. intrigued to try it out. looks really good.
I've never tried any sort of tobacco juice.
My vaping style is slowly transitioning from low resistance high wattage to higher resistance low wattage, and I'm planning to get a MTL set up, so this recipe sounds just right.
However, could you sorta explain what tobacco vapes taste like? Leafy? Smells like analog before lighting it up?
Since the percentage of tobacco flavoring is so low in this it won't be especially close to an actual tobacco flavor. It mainly has the dry, hard to name, sort of astringent finish that a cigarette will give you.
Juices with higher quantities of tobacco flavor will get closer to the real deal, but they'll never taste just like burning tobacco. More like an unlit cig, in my experience.
I found it to be best above 50w, let me know the results if you try it!
Hi guys! It is a pleasure to be appreciated, much love to you people <3 (also it would be great if /u/kirkt could change my nickname to a correct one in a header of this post).
This FOTW is coffee, so I want to humbly share with you my "Yet Another Coffee Custard" recipe.
Yet Another Coffee Custard
-
Booster (Tiramisu) (FA) @ 0.66%
-
Dark Bean (FA) (10% diluted) @ 1.5% (this equals to 0.15% non-diluted dark bean aroma)
-
Hazelnut (FW) @ 2%
-
Milk Chocolate (INAWERA) @ 2%
-
Sweetener (Sucralose) (TPA) @ 0.5%
-
Vanilla Custard v1 (CAP) @ 5%
Profile: a calm and creamy vanilla custard with coffee sauce. The main target of this project was to create a coffee sauce that would be recognized separately from custard, yet create a nice ensemble on atomizers with less scene width.
The body: CAP VC V1 - it is well-known and don't need my explanation. But I will explain it anyway, because you can't shut me down. It is the roundest and most vanilla custard with those delicious diketons and lingering eggy flavour, and this exquisite mouthfeel and all kinds of other nice things.
The coffee: as I mentioned in FOTW thread, Dark Bean (FA) (also known as FA Espresso) is extremely strong flavour. You can find many recipes with concentrations as low as 1%, but actually it is very high for dark bean. I found that the best operating range for this aroma is between 0.05% and 0.3%, that's why I recommend you to dilute it ten times with PG and work with diluted concentrate so it's easy to measure 0.05%. Booster (Tiramisu) (FA) is a nice coffee-ish, bakery-ish aroma and it complements Dark Bean very well, making it's coffee taste less bean and more liquid/syrupy.
The accents: I used Hazelnut (FW) as a gluing agent between the custard and the coffee. It does go well with both and it grants a quite smooth transition from a dessert part of profile to a syrup part of it. Milk Chocolate (INAWERA) goes well with coffee and, besides that, makes it taste as actual coffee sauce. It is close to hershey's chocolate syrup on it's own, and it brings this quality to a recipe. And the last part - a sweetener. You may not want it, but I like my coffee sweet, so it's here for just that - to increase sweetness.
Steep time: custards tend to get better with time, so I suggest you to steep it at least for two weeks, but it is not disgusting as shake and vape (even tho cap vc v1 is not very snv-friendly).
Try it. It's nice. It's smooth, it kicks in, it makes me crave for one more hit. Hope you like it. Stay beautiful.
I have everything but Milk Chocolate (and another bottle sigh..), i'm pretty sure it's nothing close to TPA Double Choc dark right?
honestly cap choc donut at 1% be a dec sub
Starcucks
Butterscotch (fa) 0.5%
Butterscotch ripple (fw) 2%
Caramel (fa) 0 .5%
Coffee espresso (fa) 1.5%
Vanilla swirl. (tfa) 3%
Caramel macchiato style coffee beverage (hot, not iced)
Butterscotch, butterscotch ripple, and caramel make a well rounded, creamy caramel syrup
Coffee espresso is a good coffee, but I will be experimenting with others like cappuccino and fa UP.
Vanilla swirl is a nice coffee creamer, I may sub fa Vienna cream for this later.
Blueberry donut
Bilberry (fa) 1%
Blueberry (fw) 2%
Torrone (fa) 0.5%
Zeppola (fa) 4%
Blueberry cake donut. Delicious
Blueberry and bilberry make a nice round bakery blueberry.
Torrone adds glaze and jams up the blueberry.
Zeppola is the delicious doughnut base. Great flavor.
I had been working on a blueberry donut and the most vapable variation looked almost identical to yours, minus the Torrone. I mixed it up with the Torrone and that is exactly the ingredient I needed so thank you very much and great job! Although I believe the Torrone is the bonding agent between the blueberry and donut flavors. It reinforces the donut with the nuttiness and suppresses the off notes of the blueberry leaving the jamminess.
thanks for sharing these will have to try these when i get ma zeppola in. And that fa coffee is WAY to high, try it at like, .25 percent and let it steep
Hi. that coffee mix looks really good and I do love me some coffee vapes. I have all but the FA butterscotch. is FLV butterscotch a good enough sub? if so at roughly the same %?
Fa butterscotch has a hard candy bite to it that I doubt flavorah's would have. If you don't have it I would probably just adjust the recipe to fa caramel 1.5% and butterscotch ripple 3%. However, I have learned since posting this recipe that the fa coffee espresso should be more like .25% as it totally overpowers the recipe any higher.
I don't have the torrone but I have cap cinnamon danish swirl. Have you tried it with zeppola for a donut base?
Fermented Peaches
MFG | Flavour | % :--|:--:|--: INW| Peach | 1.5 FA | White Peach | 1 FA | Marzipan | 0.5 FA | Liquid Amber | 0.5 TPA | Strawberry Ripe | 1.5
MTS Vape Wizard 1 drop per 30 ml
Steep Time: 1+ Week
I felt like liquid amber would work great with a peach profile and it does. It tones done the peaches by softening them, while turning them into more of a brandy peach liquor. Marzipan adds sweetness, slight nuttiness, sharpens the peaches, and increases the overall flavour profile depth. Strawberry Ripe is purely used to add further sweetness, without distracting the peach profile. MTZ Vape Wizard is used to pull everything together and tone down any harsh notes (that I usually get from peach flavourings).
I did initially include FA Marshmallow at 0.5% but with a steep it is becomes too sweet (for my taste). Although, if you find you want it to be sweeter, than I would recommend adding it,
Uhhh...I did a thing I think...I've only been mixing for about a month and my last recipe was a Strawberry Chiller that I kinda let fall to the wayside when I realized I didn't like TFA Strawberry that much. So, without further ado, I present my first original recipe that I'm actually proud of.
- Sprite Remix Redux:
| Brand | Flavor | % | Notes | |-------|------------------|-----|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------| | FW | Pink Champagne | 2 | It's a soda. It needs effervescence. Can be subbed for FA Wine Champagne at 1.25%. If you're feeling froggy, FW Pink Champagne @ 1.5 + FA Wine Champagne @1.5 will give you a "shaken soda" feel. | | CAP | Lemon Lime | 6 | Sprite is the essential flavor in the recipe. This embodies Sprite. At least on the flavoring side. | | FW | Grape Soda | 2 | A boost to the FW Champagne and also a key background note. | | INW | Grape(s) | 1 | Helps pull the grape out of the FW Grape Soda | | CAP | Sweet Strawberry | 1.5 | When I think of Sprite Remix, I think about how good those sweet strawberry notes were. Well, this stuff is literally called Sweet Strawberry. It's gotta work, right? Right? | | TFA | Strawberry Ripe | 1.5 | Bonding agent for the Sweet Strawberry. Helps round it out. When you taste strawberry, you KNOW its strawberry. | | CAP | Golden Pineapple | .75 | Remix wasn't known for the hints of pineapple, but if you ever drank one at room temp, you know that it's hidden in there somewhere. | | INW | Pineapple | .75 | Rounds out the Golden Pineapple. W/o it, the pineapple hints taste...bitter. Not in a biting way. Just kinda like you ate 95% flesh and 5% rind. | | FW | Beetle Juice | 1 | It's a mix of tropical fruits and berries. All around boost to every flavor above. | | TFA | Key Lime | .75 | OPTIONAL. I really like lime...so, I added some more. Works well w/o it. | | TFA | Koolada | .5 | You knew it was coming didn't you? It's a cold drink. Make it cold! If you take your drinks room temp, leave it out. If you like em ice cold, up Koolada to 1 or 1.25%. |
I know, I know...It's 11 (17.75%) fuckin flavors. IDK if I got carried away or not, but I feel like each of the first 9 flavors are definitely essential to the mix. Surprisingly, it's shake n vapeable, but it tastes awesome after about 5-7 days. If you have an ultrasonic cleaner, let it run for a few cycles (heat or no heat is up to you; I prefer a little heat for a single 25m cycle. Then two 25m cycles with no heat) before storing it. It'll be ready in the next day or two. I'm still tweaking to get a little more "fizz" on the inhale. I will post the recipe on ATF and ELR when I feel it's complete. Tips and critiques are welcome!
Also, I have a slight cold, so I can't really comment on the throat hit. I'm currently vaping it at a 79/21/3mg. Everything besides my Thug Lyfe is cutting my throat right now.
i know the 11 flavors is what scares me away from it lol... looks interesting nonetheless tho... nice post
Thanks! It's really only 11 because there are 3 flavors that can't get the job done alone. It started out as 6, then jumped to 8 (Key Lime and Beetle Juice) and then to 11 with the "round out" flavors. If you only have Pink Champagne, Lemon Lime, Grape Soda, Sweet Strawberry, Golden Pineapple, and Koolada, you can still make this. You'll just have to adjust the percentages. I don't remember what they were originally, but I know that those are the 6 flavors I started with.
i tend to like simplicity, but ive gotten myself into a few mixers that end up like that... i have on recipe like that that ended with 11 flavors and i hate mixing it, on the upside though, these recipes tend to take the least amount of flavoring per each because everything winds up in the 1% or below range, stretching your flavoring way out for re-orders lol

I wanted to hit every apple note in a cider and combine it with a nice sweet danish and butterscotch. I feared it would be a little too throaty but it doesn't really come off as harsh at all. The steep time definitely helps here. It is really quite delicious if you like apple cider and I think i achieved a nice balance with the danish layer in the back.
Okay, so now we have a deepthroat and a basket of strapons in this thread, what a wonderful day for DIY!
Damn this sounds good but I'm still hesitant on any apple/cinnamon combo after the BB contest. Might have to try it anyway
French Toast Sticks (Fast Food)
| MFG | Flavor | Percentage | |-----|------------------|------------------| | TFA | Belgian Waffle | 5% | | TFA | Meringue | 3% | | TFA | Vanilla Custard | 2% | | FLV | Rich Cinnamon | 2 Drops per 10ml | | ANY | Ethyl Maltol 10% | 2% |
This recipe is designed to taste more like the french toast sticks from places Like Burger King than homemade french toast. It is incredibly sweet and rich. This my friends, is my master piece!
If the sweet is killing you, omit the Ethyl Maltol, the majority of the sweetness comes from the Belgian Waffle.
I just wanted to say that I finally got around to trying a slightly different version of this today, and it's pretty good. I didn't use any EM, and I subbed FLV Rich Cinnamon out for CAP CDS (I don't have Rich Cinn).
I love Belgian Waffle, so I figured this would be good. I really like the way the meringue plays with the maple from the waffle- good call on using the TFA version. I know most prefer FA Meringue, but I really liked TFA's here; it gave everything a sweet bump without making the overall recipe overbearingly rich or thick. And I'm always happy to see someone else who uses TFA's vanilla custard. I will admit that while I don't hate CAP Vanilla Custard, I prefer the less-eggy tasting TFA.
I'm considering trying this with a hint of TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust. I want to see what it's like with a bit more of a bread-type bite.
Thanks for sharing!
Ooooo, cheesecake graham crust sounds good with that. I'm going to have to drop some in and give that a try. I was concerned a bit with the lack of bread taste when I turned down the belgian, that would do wonders! Thanks for the idea!
The rich cinnamon is worth a buy though. Best cinnamon I have tried.

I know I'm a little late posting this recipe but I was pretty busy with moving and starting a new job, but this is my Cinnamon Toast Crunch recipe. So far its had some really good feedback and I thought I would share it here and say "hi" to everyone, so hi! I'm the new guy at BCF and thought I would try my hand at the reddits. This is a pretty accurate CTC vape, it has milk, crunch, cinnamon, and even hints of brown sugar. It smells great and I think this is one of my best recipes to date. Here is a link to ATF for quick recipe maths.. Enjoy!
Edited. Tried posting this from my phone and I screwed up the order. Thanks sixfivelive!
this looks good, thanks. BTW, I think you mean TFA Pie Crust and Rice Crunchies, not CAP, and FA Cream Fresh. According to your ATF link anyway.
I'm not quite at the level as most people in this sub, but I'll share my favorite if anyone wants to give it a try.

Someone might have a bad day if they mix 5% TFA Blackberry in the Berry Simple recipe - it should be 0.5. I mixed a 10ml sample at 0.5% a month ago and I'm still afraid to vape it because all I taste is soap. YMMV.
Angry Lemons

- FA Lemon Sicily --> Sets up body of the Lemon and peel. A very real, very tasty, & very natural lemon.
- CAP Lemon Lime --> Adds a very nice green tart and light yellow sweetness onto the lemon, filling it up and making it whole.
- FW Hard Candy --> Adds a candy taste and a bit of liquidy texture and adds top-sheen sweetness.
- TFA Sour --> Gotta make those Lemons ANGRY!
- TFA Sweetener --> This makes the juice a real lip licker special. Makes some angry lemons you find just a bit easier to handle.
I like your style.

Very nice recipe and how you planned/laid out those flavorings. One small thing though but it doesn't matter to the recipe just this post is that you said in Recipe Elements under CAP Lemon Lime that it adds a sweetness to the mix. But under Profile Composition and The Sweetness you do not include Lemon Lime to be any part of the sweetness. Maybe sweetener should contribute 75-70% and Lemon Lime with 5-10%. Again, no hate, just nitpicking about the perfectness (wrong word maybe? idk) about this post if it matters to you the slightest! Also i don't have hard candy, would any type of gummy bear/candy work at all?
I really feel like the sharpness of the hardcandy plays a big role.... Just because it has that....hardness to it. But reading back through my profile it seems like thinness is the important aspect.
So as long as the gummy is thin (which I don't think most are) I would replace it with something candylike and sweet and thin.
BTW thank you. I might continue evolving my structure to something like taste-highs/taste-lows/texture-inhale/texture-exhale.
Alrighty so I've been diying for awhile, on and off for a year or two. Most of you probably don't recognize me but I pop into threads every now and then. Anyways I've never posted a recipe I've created before as I haven't really created anything myself that was exceptional, but I really think this is pretty damn good. It's one of my all day vapes and other than when I get vapors tongue I don't get sick of this juice.
Anyways so the recipes name is Paintbucket, I attempted to clone a juice from a local shop and while it's not exactly the same this has the same natural blue raspberry flavor profile. I really consider it a raspberry with blueberry notes. Anyways onto the recipe:
TFA Raspberry @ 3% TFA Blueberry Wild @ 1.5% FW Razzleberry @ 1% Sweetener (TFA sucralose) @ 1-1.5%
Shake and vape certified
I haven't used it without the sweetener yet mostly because once I figured this recipe out I needed more raspberry and blueberry since I mixed so much! But if you want to try it without the sweetener or with less feel free to and let me know what you think!
Just to give credit where credit is due, I based this recipe off of a Sweet tea recipe that was posted in a recipe thread in this past fall, I'm sorry for not remembering the person's username. That recipe had a 3% TFA Raspberry and 1% razzleberry which really gave me that juicy raspberry flavor profile I was after for this juice. Took that and tweaked it, through in some blueberry wild and my god my mouth is watering just thinking about how tasty this is.
Thanks for checking out my recipe! Let me know what you guys think!
P.S. Sorry for formatting I'm on mobile
Have you tried with FW blueberry vs blueberry wild? Mixing this up now!
TEROK NOR {y phorr}
Caramel original (tpa) @ 2%
Gold Ducat (inawera) @ 2%
Molasses (real flavours) @ 0.5%
Pear (inawera) @ 0.8%
Vanilla shisha (inawera) @ 1.3%
Butterscotch natural (fw) @ 3.5%
This is my take on RY4 the caramel is the base the tobacco is a light leafy tobacco and lends a earthiness to the blend. The butterscotch adds some texture and mouth feel while the molasses and pear round it off with a dark juicy sweetness and the vanilla lifts the blend up to balance out all the deep dark notes I might add a dry nut or some ap at a later date any recommendations would be great thanks
Enjoy 😀

So I've been working on this one for a few months now and I'm finally ready to share it! This is my strawberry kiwi recipe I hope you like it.
TFA Strawberry Ripe/ FW Kiwi/ TFA Dragonfruit
These make up the fruity deliciousness AKA the top note! The strawberry kiwi by itself is great but the addition of the Dragonfruit really makes it pop out of the front end. It's a veritable explosion of flavor.
TFA VBIC/ TFA Malted Milk/ FA Vienna Cream/ FA Fresh Cream
This is the milkshake. The body is provided by the VBIC all the wholesome goodness you need in a milkshake. Malted Milk gives us a solid maltiness where we need it, and fresh cream lends a great dairy booster. Vienna Cream really brings the whole thing together like magic.
If you have these ingredients I really hope you try this and tell me what you think!

Aww i don't have Malted Milk :(
Is there any sub? Would i lose too much of the recipe without it?
I have a version with 0.75 FW hazelnut steeping. I'm not sure how well it will work but I've heard it's a decent sub for Malted Milk
Edit: the sub version is equally tasty. I think the Malted Milk version is better but it's pretty damn close.
i only have kiwi double. should i start it at .5 ya think?

Brand | Flavor | % ---|---|---- FLV | Alpine Strawberry | .75% FLV | Apple Pop | .75% FLV | Watermelon | 3% FLV | Wild Melon | 1.5%
I know, this isn't a cheap recipe and it doesn't have common flavorings but it is delicious. I made this because I don't own FA Watermelon and I was jealous so I decided to give /u/id10-t a run for his money.
Crisp strawberry apple on the inhale and watermelon on the tail end of the exhale. Let me know what you think if you can mix this up!
Alpine Strawberry - Flavorah has 4 something strawberries that are awkward for a pure fruity mix but this one fits here perfectly. Bright, very strong and plays very well with other fruits.
Apple Pop - Flavorah also has 4 or 5 different apple flavors. Apple pop seems to be a cross between a Fuji apple and a candy apple. This very strong and is incredibly juicy and fits perfectly here. You can almost taste the skin at 1% but it over takes the whole mix so .75% is where I have it sitting.
Watermelon & Wild Melon - This is more of a candy flavor and isn't too strong so that's why we have Wild Melon backing it up. They both play well with each other and create a good melon base for this mix.
Tryna trick me into spending all my money on FLV? Jokes on you, I already have 3/4 of these. Just added Apple Pop to the next order list.
You have foiled my plan!
Try out my strap on that utilizes wild melon here (sub in what you can). Have you tried it yet /u/ID10-T ?
Here's a thing I made, goes easy on me this is my first "real" recipe.
I had posted in the "what can I make" thread when I made my first orders of flavors and someone had suggested a lemonade, I tweaked their post, and came up with this
STRAWMONADE
(Lo) lemonade 5%
(Tfa) strawberry 4%
(Tfa) strawberry (ripe) 2%
(Tfa) dragonfruit 1%
This sounds exciting! I haven't gotten any use of the lemonade since I bought it, but I'm gonna mix this up tomorrow :)
I'm guessing steep time is only a day or two with the focus on fruits and freshness?
I should have included steep time sorry, yea I'd say it's a shake and vape, though the lemonade sort of "softens" out after the 2nd day.
Please let me know what you think of it, im always looking to improve
Hey! I actually didn't get around to mix until yesterday, so I've only tried it now, after 24 hours.
Good stuff! You got a good strawberry lemonade going, much better than the few others I've tried (available to my flavor stash). It's not a super complex mix, but I mean that in a good way. It is what it sets out to be, no bells and whistles needed. The strawberry comes out nicely together with the lemonade which can be hard since strawberries in my experience tend to disappear in mixes (even strawberry milk/milkshakes).
All in all a great refreshing strawberry lemonade vape that I could easily see being part of my weekly rotation. :)
Strapple mint
I was in the mood for a bright, fresh, and crisp fruit & mint combo! So I looked in the ol' flavor stash and whipped this up!!! Not gonna lie, It's pretty damn good!! Mixed at 70vg/30pg. Shake and vape certified!! But always rounds out with a lil steep

Fuji and Strawberry Ripe work so well together. For myself though, I need to add another strawberry layer because I can only taste sweetness, not strawberries from strawberry ripe. Nice simple recipe
I have and can enjoy RY4D as a stand alone but I can't bring myself to just vape 1 flavour. So I set out to make something simple, balanced, and full of body, depth and flavour.
The plan was to keep it simple stupid and it worked out...
Vanilla RY4
Brand | Flavor | % ---------|----------|---------- TFA | RY4 Double | 6 TFA | Vanilla Swirl | 3 INW | Vanilla Shisha | 1
Steep Time: 3 weeks; perfect after 4+ (Great for long steeps)
Flavour profile: Light tobacco, layered with caramel, vanilla, cream and a subtle lick of sweetness.
This is for anyone who adores RY4D as much as I do. It is the star here and I found 6% to be perfect for this recipe. All of it's caramelic and light tobacco notes are present, while still allowing the layering of the vanilla's to come through. Vanilla swirl and vanilla shisha are among my favourite vanilla's and work so well here. They both have a very authentic taste, light creaminess (without any egg-y notes), and add a subtle sweetness.
What made me post this recipe is that I just cracked open a bottle that has been steeping for over 4 months and it is too heavenly not to share it.
Are you the person who did gentleman's custard. If so I want to thank you so fucking much. I just got into DiY a couple months ago and that was my first recipe and as a RY4 junkie it is what made me realize DiY was something that I could do. Anyways if that's not you this recipe a Still looks yummy and hella simple so I running with it!!! Thanks again 8)
That's me! I'm so delighted to hear that you're enjoying it as much as I do. Let me know what you think of this RY4 mix :)
Was going to say, is it as good as Gentleman's? Cracking open a 6 month steeper this weekend for a Stout beer event. I'm frothing at the thought. As an aside, have just made a version of Gentleman's with a touch of Red Burley and Kentucky Blend and swapped in Butterscotch Natural just because. Will let you know how it goes
Is gentleman's custard worth mixing up a 240 of first order and stashing for a few months? Because it looks amazing and right up my alley and i don't wanna have to wait too long for goooood stuff ya know.
I've never submitted before but I'm actually really proud of this one. It's tropical without being pina colada. It's tangy and sweet, with the koolada and coconut just smoothing it out enough so you don't get that mango/tangerine throat hit.

This scratches my Fruity Pebbles itch, which surfaces now and then. FF (corn syrup yada yada) is def true to it's name. Needs some help with the crunch though. TFA Cheesecake/Graham @3-4% works well in place of AP, I just give this a slight edge. And having just picked up Cap Cereal 27, I could see it working here for the crunch.

Sooooo excited to try this! Added to my ATF queue so I can make is as soon as my nicotine order comes in. I'll make it with CAP Cereal 27 in place of the AP and let you know how it goes.
Please do! Cereal 27 is new to me, but I am going to declare it to be my new favorite in the genre. I have gone thru half of a 13ml bottle, and it is very versatile. I haven't tried it with Sugar Cookie yet, but i bet it will fill it in nicely. Heck, most anything that needs some grain!
So, 3 days in, and I don't think Cereal 27 is gonna work. It is overwheimed by FF. Cheesecake/Graham holds up much better.
Gonna let it sit at least a couple weeks before trying again, let the FC mute it down some....
I'm a cereal love myself.... was super late to the fad, and most all store bought "premium" juice trends seem to be on to bigger better things. I've recently been dialing in a "looper'ish" one for a while, and recently started on Captain Berry Crunk one as well. I'm on the 7th version of the Looper type one, and around 3 one the Berry Crunk. I've an avid hater of AP (Acetyl Pyrazine).... I can't stand the shit out of it. Even in the smallest amount. to me it taste like really bad old oxidize nicotine. So your comment regarding the graham cracker is definitely what I've been using to get that grainy cereal note out of my mixes.
I'll have to give your recipe a try, minus the AP with the addition of the graham cracker of course.
I was really undecided which version to post right up until typing it out. The AP version does take a little longer to come together. I hope others don't find 1% to be too high, as my bottle is over a year old now and may be weaker than a fresh bottle.
The graham version got some good feedback too. Let me know what you think, I love some constructive feedback!
As a tobacco guy, I figured I should try a MTL tank. Wanted a strong tobacco to test it out, so I used this:
Brigade 2506
Black for Pipe INW- 2.5%
Cuban Cigar Tobacco Absolute INW- 1.5%
Dirty Neutral Base INW- .75%
I think I still prefer it in a dripper, but it's been doing pretty well in the tank too. It's really smoky and ashy in the dripper with a hell of a throat hit. Still getting used to the Siren. French inhale burns the nostrils in a good way. Still a decent throat hit, but I don't get as much of the smoke and ash. It's not an ADV. It's more of a "just ate too much" or "what a shitty day" vape.

I believe I already asked this is a thread where you mentioned the use and percentage of your yogurt bass (Yogurt FW, Creamy Yogurt CAP, and Vanilla Classic FA).... but my reddit app has been acting funky, so I think i'm missing response to comments in my notification area.....

This is just something I threw together. Not sure what is would taste like first off. I thought is would taste a more creamy cinnamon roll. To my surprise, it tastes exactly like a snickerdoodle cookie. I call it SnickerDaniel. Cinnamon Rich is the best natural cinnamon flavor out there. Use it sparingly because it's super strong (this is good because it's super expensive). This is much sweeter than I thought it would be. It really tastes as sweet as a real snickerdoodle cookie. I have not had time to steep yet but it should be good as a shake n' vape. Let me know what you think. Dueces.
If you ever get the chance, you MUST try Silver Cloud Estates Snickerdoodle extract. 5% seems a popular place to start, but I like it @8% with 1drop/30ml of Rich Cinnamon. It's amazing how authentic it is.

Thank you for a strap-on recipe I don't have to order something to make!
My to-mix list currently has 7 strap-ons on it, including yours. One I still need to order a flavor for, two I still need to receive the flavors I've ordered for, and four I just need time away from the office so I can mix them up.
This recipe needed a longer steep than you recommended, IMO. After a week though, it is amazing, thank you!
Hey there Mr. Champion!!!! I really do appreciate you revisiting the recipe after some time!!! You are right like I said before... I am just an impatient ass mofo and was short on my funds for vg!!! So therefore, I was too impatient to let it sit and have dealt with a little harshness for that reason... I am a 4 time combat Veteran of the USMC. i was injured in an IED blast on my 4th tour in Afghanistan. I had spent 7 yrs of my life in the Marine Corp...Upon being injured i was forced out due to injury... It was what I wanted to be all of my life, a soldier...hell, I signed up for infantry the day after 9/11!!!! Anyways, I am fighting with them to get the benefits that i feel i have coming to me.... I now take care of my elderly mother that has just had a quadruple bypass, plastic heart valve replacement, stints and a pacemaker put in... we live on the most fixed income that one could imagine!!! But for me, DIY has given me hope!!!! It has given me another purpose!!!! My mom had all of this done due to smoking !!! And my sole purpose starting DIY was to be able to provide her with the cheapest juice at the highest quality so that it would fill that void of smoking!!! So, honestly sir, I have learned so much from your reddit posts and your recipes, it truly means alot for me to have you trying my recipe and giving me feedback!!!! I am honored!!!! Thank your very much, The Lost Soldier
Wow, that is all very... humbling and flattering at the same time.
Thank you for your service. I joined the Army for the wrong reasons, but managed to get moved from one about-to-deploy unit to another to another somehow during my brief stent, just dumb luck I guess, and never got sent over. I cringe hard when people have said that "thank you for your service" to me because I didn't sacrifice shit. You did.
I do what I do here because making great-tasting juice makes me happy and makes not smoking a joy. I want people like you to have the same happiness and joy and people like your mom to be healthier. Also hoping helping new mixers while they're new will keep them from getting discouraged and lead to them teaching me a thing or two down the line. That's how it works, we all contribute, we all benefit.
By way of constructive criticism, I think you could shave some steep time off your recipe by using a lighter hand with some of the flavors (namely the kiwi and watermelon, maybe a bit of the apple as well), but after a week it's delicious and I don't have any suggestions for improving it beyond patience. If you like this sort of profile and are looking at new flavors to pick up, you might look into FW Kiwi, but it sounds like you want to make the most out of what you already have, which you clearly have done.
Since I saw a review on FW Cucumber Mint I figured I'd revisit a tried and true combination: cucumber melon.

Tastes fine as a shake and vape. I look forward to seeing what happens when this steeps a while (mixed a 120 ml tester).
Zebra Cake- Its based on the Little Debbies Zebra Cakes, as the night I made it, I saw them on display for individual sales at a gas station one night, .25 cents. Cake Yellow and Cake Batter for the Yellow-ish cake, (Batter because the real cake itself kind of tastes doughish almost)
Cream Cheese Icing and Vienna Cream for the cream center and icing.
Double Chocolate to mix in for the chocolate icing stripes, sometimes I can taste it, sometimes I can't, which is consistent for eating the cake.
The Ethyl Vanillin helps bring the boldness of the vanilla and acts as a slight sweet, (tastes sweet to me), and the cake is strong vanilla anyway.
Steeping: I usually sit it for 2 weeks, and the vanilla is VERY prominent up front as a SNV, but it settles down around 2 weeks and gets better with age.
For that, I doubt I'm a first, I doubt I'm the last, but a sweet vanilla cake with no (or very little sweetner).
Hope you enjoy!
I posted this in the Flavor of the Month thread, but Imma post it here too.

Steep time on this is pretty short, a couple days for Vienna Cream to get that funk out.
Lemme break this down:
Sugar Cookie/Brown Sugar/Almond - This creates our optimal cookie. Sugar Cooke lays the base, Brown Sugar sweetens it up a bit and adds a "fresh baked" note. Almond gives the cookie a bit of bite and also helps to convey the "almond bits" note.
Blueberry/Billberry - I wanted the Blueberry to be just under the Sugar Cookie note, but still very prominent. I wanted it to fight for dominance in this recipe.
Vienna Cream/Meringue - Vienna Cream was kind of interesting to me. I wanted a "smooth" frosting. I tried Sweet Cream and I tried Whipped Cream/Marshmallow but Vienna Cream just hit the right notes for me. And meringue is well... it's just magical at bringing that frosted note.

Edit: grammar
i really want to try your POP recipe... i have a friend who goes crazy over NAKED 100 POG and yours is very similar...
Yeah I started with the pog idea, I think it needs FLV pink guava to become pog. I'm picking it up soon and will be making a more poggy version
I also want to make something like slumberland pink hedgehog which was the first juice I ever paid for and actually one of the best fruity blends imo, not too in your face but delicious and easy to come back to every time. I have a feeling it's 1% FLV pink guava and 1% INW cactus and maybe some sweetener.
Anybody else jump on the nicotine salt hype train?
My girlfriend and I have been loving our iCare minis, the small form factor and strong nic hit are perfect for being out and about. The flavor on these things doesn't need to be complex, but it does need to be strong. If I'm going to vape this all day, it better be something I'm willing to come back to over and over again.

This combo has made a delicious iCare ADV for my girlfriend, her friend, and myself for a good while now. The cactus is used here only to allow the honeydew to be more juicy and authentic, while the mint makes it interesting enough to vape all day without it being too mentholated. This is a simple mix, born out of necessity, and has helped two different people kick the stinkies.
I use Nude nicotines "hit" formula at 40mg/ml and aim for 60pg/40vg.
How much different is the iCare and the iCare mini? My mother just decided she wants to switch to vaping and I ordered a couple iCare's. I hope the mini isn't a huge upgrade or I'll be kicking myself...
>40mg/ml
..Cereally?
nic salts are used at higher concentration than freebase
I had read that you CAN mix at a higher concentration simply because the throat hit is negligible with the salts.
There are people saying they use salts less concentrated than their regular nic, some say they use the same concentration and then of course some prefer more highly concentrated.
Chilled Cider
Flavor | Mfg | % ---|---|---- FA | Fuji | 3 CAP | Double Apple | 4 TFA | Dragonfruit | 1 INW | Two Apples| 2 TFA | Champagne | 1 TFA | Koolada | - FW | Menthol | - Total | | ~11%
Friend brought in a juice that was pretty awesome, nice cider flavor, good menthol to it, and want something like it. I mixed something up quick to try Fuji, and really only had TFA Green Apple laying around, was not great at all, the TFA Green Apple is not anywhere close to the flavor I want. The Fuji is a good starting point, CAP double apple smells absolutely where i want to be, and INW is something that could possibly be too similar to the CAP to make a difference, but the cap does seem sweeter, and one could end up being cut with the other gaining some %. Dragonfruit in there as a bit of a flavor enhancer.
Havent mixed this up just yet, but I think that this is going to be a decent starting point. Going to toy around a good bit on the koolada/menthol combination a bit, see what works well.
EDIT: Mixed up the above with 5 drops koolada 7 drops menthol. Flavor is kind of light, very smooth, overall pretty good. Seems to blend well together to give a nice almost crisp apple flavor, definitely something I could vape all day. I was hoping for something with a bit stronger flavor, upping the Fuji by another 2% and adding in another 3 drops of menthol gives a bit deeper flavor (and ofc more menthol, yummy). I think changing the Fuji to 5% and maybe the INW Two Apples to 3 would be a better idea. Ill have to try out a version minus the Double Apple and another minus the Two apples and see if theyre better separate or together. Maybe drop the Fuji back down to 3 and increase the amount of the other apple flavors instead though? This is going to be occupying a couple of my bottles for sure.
EDIT 2: whipped out batch 2 the other day and it's already empty. Increased the Fuji a hair, the CAP a couple % and the INW 1-2% definitely was the direction I wanted to go. The dragon fruit might have to go up ever so slightly, tried 12 drops menthol and 4 koolada and getting closer to where I want this to be. Will probably do another couple batches once I don't feel like shit. This is my first time working with champagne and im not exactly sure what to be looking for as far as mouth feel or flavor, will have to try some solo.

I'm trying to nail down a strawberry cotton candy which happens to be my favorite carnival/fair treat. Right now I'm using:
- TFA Cotton Candy @ 2.5%
- CAP Sweet Strawberry @ 4%
- TFA Strawberry Ripe @ 3%
- TFA Dragonfruit @ 1%
It's really good for the first 3-4 days but then I get more cotton candy than strawberry around day 5. I feel like if I increase the fruit percentage too much, then I'll just get overly sweetened strawberries with no cotton candy. I have some Red Touch coming tomorrow. Should I just wait for that to arrive?
Also JF Strawberry Sweet and INW Shisha Strawberry are known to be the best strawberries that stay around. And don't get easily covered/overpowered. And you could drop the cotton candy .5% or even .25% to see if that will help because EM mutes flavors pretty bad.
TFA Cotton Candy is just Ethyl Maltol at 10%. I would try to use a different cotton candy. TFA makes circus cotton candy which is also mainly ethyl maltol, but does have some flavor volitles which makes for a better cotton candy type flavor. Also, are you using CAP Sweet Strawberry or TFA Strawberry? Because TFA doesn't make a sweet strawberry that I'm aware of.

(Cuprian but coil friendly)
Ok its possible this might not be 100% original but its probably my best tasting recipe yet. I prefer it to the original, but not the original with FW creme de menthe subbed with FLV. But its very close.

Even though you say you don't deserve all the credit i think you should still tell who it is don't you think? Not too sure about these copyright laws just don't want myself or others to unintentionally get caught in them. Is it /u/enyawreklaws CUPRIAN that this derived from?
I made this last night. I think it needs work, my husband has threatened bodily harm if I change anything.
Fresh Cream [FA] @ 3%
Mango [FW] @2%
Chai Tea [TFA] @ .~~01 %~~ .1%
Fresh Cream works as a great base for flavors that would otherwise be overpowering. It serves well here, filling out the flavor profile and imparting a creamy mouth feel.
FW mango: I felt this flavor had a strong tea off note to me. I hated this solo, but my husband who normally hates fruits absolutely loved it. I immediately wondered what would happen if I blended it with FA White Peach and TFA Chai Tea. I keep forgetting to order the White peach though and now here we are.
TFA Chai Tea: As others have noted, this is STRONG. I've only been mixing for going on three months now, but I'm pretty confident that this may be the strongest flavor I will ever work with or want to work with. Even at .1% it almost overpowers the mango. That said, it does indeed taste astonishingly like masala chai, with a twist of lemon.
The finished mix tastes like a milk chai tea. I had to take it away from my husband because he went through 3ml in roughly 20 minutes. Restraint: My husband has none.
I wanted to try sadpandavape's apple 'bacco but didnt have a few of the flavors as im in between orders at the moment, so i experimented with what i had on an original recipe. Overall, Im very pleased with the results.
The part where i explain my thinking:
Dulce de Leche (JF) - Dense, creamy, sweet, sticky caramel. I could have used a traditional caramel flavoring here, but DdL has a creaminess to it that would be missing had I gone that route. I find TPA Caramel(original) and FA's Caramel a little dry, helped by a steep, but still astringent. This DdL adds a lot of density to the mix and really helps to round off any sharper edges the other flavors may have
Butterscotch (FA)- Thick and sticky butterscotch. Paired with Dulce de Leche, this tastes just like the shell of a candy apple. I know a lot are on the Butterscotch Ripple hype train right now, and i had originally tried that in this spot, but i dont think it would be right for this mix. I get way more 'cream' from that flavor than butterscotch. It has a butterscotch kind of flavor, but it tastes a little "off" to me. I want creaminess, but i'll add it somehow else
VBiC (TFA) - And here's that creaminess i wanted to add, but accompanied by vanilla. It get it done at this percentage and shouldnt be high enough to add pepperiness some get, not for me at least.
RY4 Double (TFA) - Never got tobacco from this. Always more caramel, a woodiness almost nut but not quite flavor, and vanilla undertones. Im using this to tie everything together
Hazelnut (FW)/Soho (FA) - The whole mix by this point is approaching sugar-lips level of sweetness. Time to muddy things up and add some nuttiness and a little darkness. Such low percentages aren't majorly changing the overall profile, but you'd be able to tell the difference in the mix without them if tasted side by side
Fuji (FA)- With all the sweetness and thickness from the other flavors, this apple is very bright. It stands out in the mix at 2% but doesnt drown out the other flavors. They exist together. The apple ends up wrapping around the other flavors like an inside out candy apple.
So after all that... the recipe:
Ingredient|% :---|---: Butterscotch (FA)|1.5 Dulce de Leche (JF)|1 Fuji Apple (FA)|2 Hazelnut (FW)|0.5 RY4 Double (TPA)|3.5 Soho (FA)|2 Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA)|2
Flavor total: 12.5%

If anyone more experienced can point of rooms for improvement, please, let me know. I've been mixing for 2 years and still feel like i know nothing when i see some of the recipes others have made.
I had a bunch of flavors lying around, and in an effort to use some up, I came up with something delicious. I've been ADVing Creamy Nuts since maybe a month after I started DIYing, and I don't think I've ever stopped using it as my ADV. It's simple, very basic, but I love it, and I hope you will too. It's definitely a shake & vape.
Brand | Flavor | Percentage ---------|----------|---------- TFA | Bavarian Cream | 8% TFA | Hazelnut Praline | 6% TFA | Super Sweet (if you want sweetener, which I don't, but it's still quite pleasant) | 0.5%
Enjoy!
Butterscotch Pudding
Butterscotch Pudding (RF) @10%
Butterscotch Natural (FW) @4.5%
Very simple one here. RealFlavors butterscotch pudding is good even as a stand alone(12%) it's good. I just feel the actual butterscotch needs a bit of a boost. Butterscotch Natural is a good "dark" butterscotch flavor. Using it to just highlight the pudding and it's sweet and delicious.
I mix it at 20/80 and steep it 2-3 weeks.
So I just got my order of flavors in a couple of days ago. Made some green apple jolly rancher & watermelon jolly rancher along with some grack. Great flavors created by others on this sub so I decided to go ahead and mix my own. So here's my flavor I decided to call Substance 52 since I have no idea how flavors really mix and I'm new to this but as far as I can tell this really came out well.
Substance 52
Brand|Flavor|Percentage :--|:--|:-- FA|Meringue|4% CAP|Sweet Strawberry|2.5% TFA|Ripe Strawberry|2.5% CAP|Juicy Peach|1%
Kind of tastes like mother's milk (from what I remember) great vape though. Tastes exactly what it looks like it would but could probably use a little more strawberry flavor
Hey guys! New mixer here - first and foremost thanks to everyone contributing! It's helped me a lot and I think I'm finally ready to release one of my recipes that I think works well; I would really like some feedback to see what you guys think. It's kind of a take on Andromeda but I've never actually vaped that juice before, I've just been playing around with these flavors.
- Berry Nice -
Bilberry (FA) .5%
Blueberry (FW) 4.5%
Cream Fresh (FA) 1%
Holy Vanilla (DIYFS) 2%
Lemon Sicily (FA) .5%
Meringue (FA) 1.5%
Pomegranate (FA) 1%
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA) 2%
Bilberry/Blueberry/Pomegranate - I use these three in combo for the top note. I think they work really well together and give a good sweetness to the mix.
Lemon Sicily - Make those berries and pomegranate pop with some acidity!
Cream Fresh / Holy Vanilla / Meringue / VBIC - These are the milky body, I like the sweetness the meringue brings and holy vanilla is quickly becoming one of my fav. flavors. It can stand up to lots of different things and pushes through very nicely.
What do you guys think? thoughts?
This recipe was inspired by a conversation with /u/ID10-T a few months back.
I worked on this on and off for the last few months. It wasn't until FLV White Chocolate arrived, that it really came together.
MFR | Flavor | % | :- | :- | :- | FLV | Cranberry | 3 FA | Pomergranate| .75 FLV|White Chocolate|1 FW|White Chocolate|1.5 FA|Raspberry|2 INW|Shisha Rasberry|1.5 INW|Shisha Vanilla|.5
I'm so excited to try this one! If it gets that juxtaposition of sharp and tart vs. sweet and rich/creamy imma be in heaven.
I just finished my first mix. I only made two 30ml bottles because I want to see how the recipes turn out after steeping.
Rum and Coke:
- <Cola> (<Flavor West>) @ 10%
- <Jamaica Rum> (<Flavour Art>) @ 5%
- <Lemon Lime> (<Capella>) @ 1%
- <Vanilla Custard> (<Capella>) @ .5%
My initial impression is that the throat hit is better than any ejuice that I've purchased. I'm not sure why, the mix was 3mg/ml. Maybe it's due to not steeping.
On the inhale, I get the sweetness of the cola and rum. On the exhale, I get a nice hit of the cola with a hint of lime. It's pretty tasty. If I had to change anything, I would add a few drops more of the lemon lime just to boost that flavor a little bit. The vanilla in this recipe is there to enhance the rum a little.
Edit: Formatting
My first original recipe and I gotta say it's quickly becoming my new adv! may I present to you all....
()Voodoo Juice ()
(+) Juicy Peach (CAP) 6%
(+) Spearmint (CAP) 6%
(+) French vanilla deluxe (TFA) 2%
(+) Ripe banana (TFA) 0.5%
(+) Sweet strawberry (CAP) 1%
(+) vanilla custard V1 (CAP) 1%
(+) 1 drop of capella super sweet per 10ml
()notes() - a sweet fruity inhale with the main focus on peach, leading to a soft minted exhale that freshens the palate.
()steep time () - pretty good as a shake n vape, better after 48 hours
edit - apologies for the formatting, still trying to get my head around it all
I had TPA dark rum sat doing nothing, as i couldn't find a recipe i liked that used it, so thought i'd have a go at creating my own. After mixing i had to stop myself from vaping all of the sample. After 7 days this blends into a nice vape, you get the banana first then a decent chocolate with a hint of rum, its become one of my ADV's. Enough rambling onto the recipe.
Drunken Monkey 7 Day steep.

If you're a Grape lover like me give this a try! An authentic Grape soda recipe with layers and depth. Work in progress for a very long time and I'm glad to release my very first finished recipe. Shake and vape certified but best after 3-4 days. Since I started mixing I've been trying to perfect this to my tastes. I wanted something that tasted like those KA Grape drinks or Grape Fanta. It's not there, it's close but it satisfies the grape thirst. I started out relying on INW Grape for the main Grape note but I it always took over and wasn't the same profile I wanted. I then turned to TFA Grape juice with INW Grape supporting but again this came off too perfumy and wasn't the right profile. From there I brought in bilberry to add some darkness, this brought me much closer to what I wanted but that Grape still wasn't right. After buying all the grapes I could find I brought in WF Sweet and sour purple drink as the main Grape ingredient and this was it man, this was what I wanted to base this recipe around. It has an authentic Grape soda taste with the right amount of sweetness. I used this alongside TFA Grape juice to carry the recipe with a touch of INW Grape to add that artificial candy Grape note and FA Concord grape for little boost of authentic Grape to collectively give a well rounded Grape note. I chucked in some FW Lemonade to lift everything up and add brightness to the mix. FA Pear to add a touch of juicyness while giving the recipe a different dimension. TFA Dragonfruit purely for its emulsifying abilities to give everything a stir. Lastly FA Oba Oba, this acts as a smoothing agent while adding more sweetness.
Not quite a full recipe, but I think I have a nice little cookie base.
INW Biscuit 1%
FA Marzipan .5%
I'm trying this base right now with:
FA Lemon Sicily 3%
CAP Golden Pineapple 1%
FA Meringue 1%
FA Cream Fresh 1%
and it's not too shabby. To me it tastes like a sweet, nutty and chewy cookie.
I have a really tasty Almond Shortbread recipe, [LFAS] (http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/1115741/Lemon%20Frosted%20Almond%20Shortbread%20v6), if you want some ideas. It's really delicious. But I may be a bit biased lol.
I'm still trying to quit cigarettes, and I picked up a bottle of Old Fashioned Elixir Original Bold at a vape shop a couple of months ago thinking that might help. I liked the juice alright, but even after steeping OFE it wasn't smooth enough: the individual flavors were separated from each other on the inhale and it had a heterogeneous kind of feel to it. It's too layered for a cigarette taste. So I made my own OFE-like vape. It's not a clone, just that newly-opened-pack flavor that I want from a cigarette juice, and it's pretty rounded and smooth.
per 30 ml
FA Virginia 12 drops 0.8%
FA Black Fire 8 drops 0.6%
FA Burley 8 drops 0.6%
TFA Vanillin 8 drops 0.6%
TFA Acetyl Pyrazine 5% 6 drops 0.4%
FA Desert Ship 6 drops 0.4%
FA Anise 3 drops 0.2%
ECX Tobacco Absolute 3 drops 0.2%
This is a standard American blend with Virginia, Burley, Turkish in that order. The Black Fire and TA make the blend more tobacco-like/grittier, AP adds a toasty/nutty flavor, the Vanillin smooths things out, and the mild Anise provides a convincing this-is-cigarette-tobacco note (Anise is an ingredient in a lot of cigarette toppings).
I hope this helps someone stop the coffin nails. I can't seem to quit, but I've cut down by using e cigs.
Hello All. I have been enjoying this recipe for a few months now. I would love some feedback.
Sweet Citrus Poundcaked
Bavarian Cream (TPA) 2%
Cake (yellow) (FW) 5.5%
Citrus Punch (TPA) 0.5%
New York Cheesecake V2 (CAP) 1%
Sweet Tangerine (CAP) 1%
Sweetener (TPA) 1%
Vanilla Cupcake V2 (CAP) 2%
Profile: A sweet, buttery Pound Cake with a slightly tangy citrus flavor.
The body: The FW Yellow Cake is the dominant flavor here with a little added CAP Vanilla Cupcake V2 to soften the richness of the Yellow Cake. The TFA Bavarian Cream and CAP New York Cheese Cake V2 were added to simulate the moist dense texture of Pound Cake.
Supporting flavors: The combination of TFA Citrus Punch, CAP Sweet Tangerine and TFA Sweetener add a sweet but tangy citrus note that delights the pallete. It is noticeable on the inhale but much more present on the exhale.
Steep time: It actually tastes great as a Shake N Vape but really comes to life after 2-3 weeks. The depth of flavor and mouth feel are spot on with a full months steep.
This looks good. Have you tried JF Yellow Cake?
Thanks. If you have the flavors give it a try.
I have some JF Yellow cake but have not tried it in this recipe yet. I am still doing some testing to see what percentage It's best at. The two flavors are very similar but not exactly a 1:1 swap. At least in my opinion.
