Stumbled upon this when I was purchasing some DIY flavorings. I expect a lot of vendors will be coming out with their own versions of nicotine salt. I've been using nude's signature & smooth blends in my myjet at 40mg and love it. Hopefully this comes in stock soon so I can see if it compares.

Pardon my ignorance, but why nicotine salt? I've tried looking up reasonings for it but haven't found much except it's used in juuls and other "pod" devices.

I've been using the smooth version of the salt from them for a while. From what I could digest on their website about it, the "salts" version allows them to tinker with the chemistry and affect throat sensation. I had a few things that with regular nicotine solutions always came out too harsh. After changing to this stuff, everything has been pretty smooth. If you prefer more throat feel you can also get it in a kind of normal strength or even one that has more throat hit.

I think the main reason is that it's supposed to enter your bloodstream faster than normal nicotine. When i use the juul right after waking up, the buzz is tremendously strong.. but almost too strong. Nude nicotine also has a "smooth" salt which is pretty nice, since you can vape 40mg in a pod but the throat hit is similar to an 18 or 24mg

I remember reading some where about how nicotine salt absorbs into your bloodstream faster also, giving you a similar nicotine satisfaction to a cigarette. I have found salt to be less harsh on the throat compared to freebase nicotine at the same MG.

I have been trying different type of nicotine salt juice that is currently out on the market (juuls, mr. salt-e, etc) and from what I can say regarding juice with salt vs regular juice is the delivery. I'm pretty sure it involve more in the chemistry of the extract but i dont understand it much.

oh that is pretty cool.

They use it at high mg, small cloud, more throat hit and the nic absorbs more fast to recreate more of a cigarette feeling.

It supposedly scratches that nicotine itch a bit better giving a more complete and satisfying nicotine hit. I've never used it so I can't say for sure one way or another.

Says sold out. I'm pretty sure whats what it said before too.

Does it come as actual crystals that you dilute or mixed into a base?

I would be interested in it for the sake of lasting longer. I still haven't figured out the best method for storing my nicotine yet. At least not one that I'm happy with.

I feel like I just need to bite the bullet and buy a bunch of amber boston rounds with a caplid, but I might be able to avoid that with salts if it comes as an actual crystal that doesn't deteriorate that quick.

From what I gathered, it looks like standard NIC. (in a PG or VG base) The only difference being the extraction/production process.

Damn okay, I'm wondering if it lasts any longer then normal nic. In terms of harshness.

I have a 6+ month old bottle I mixed at 9mg using nude nicotine's salts and it's still clear. I stuck with regular nic as it's cheaper and easier to get in bulk, but there wasn't anything harsh or worrying about the stuff from nude

perhaps /u/abdaba or someone like him could give us a good explanation about these "salts"

They are in liquid, not crystal form. I have no idea why they are called "salts", but it seems to be sold only in 100mg/ml diluted in PG or VG. I was able to find some information from nude, but still don't understand the "salt" part. Hopefully someone can chime in.

"Nicotine Salt formulations are designed around harnessing the differing properties of nicotine inhalation ... but with little to none of the unpleasant drawbacks of regular free base nicotine. Harshness is decreased by way of pH modification, along with a much more pleasant inhalation experience. Nicotine salts also offer a way of stabilizing the nicotine molecule to create more stable salt, less prone to oxidation, thus prolonging its shelf life!"

thanks for the info, what about the part that apparently they get absorbed by the body faster than the standard nic? true? if so, it woudld be frankly awesome, specially for smokers

I know there was a study ran by Pax labs, who make the juul. I couldn't seem to find it, but there is this fancy graph lol http://o.aolcdn.com/hss/storage/midas/ce1917d7db708a2fff0be9ddc5ddb9fa/202073270/juulgraph.jpg

I really want this. I vape 3 but it just doesn't feel satisfying at all. I ordered 6mg from Roman haze to see if it would satisfy me, it did but it was unexpectedly harsh. I tried other 6mg juices and they didn't have the same harshness. So I'm thinking I could get 100mg nic salt and start making 6mg blends so i still feel satisfied without the harshness on the throat. Figures it's sold out.

Idk about the smooth version, but I have the signature version of this solution. It's awesome.

I ordered the signature version a week ago and got it today. I don't know if it sold out since, but it really seems to live up to the hype. I had to lower my nic content because it gives me a rush in a mtl device around 6mg, which is just nuts considering there is no throat hit. I had been using cheaper, faster suppliers, because It took like 18 days when I ordered from them sometime last year, but I don't see going back to regular nicotine.
