So I have been making Ejuice for awhile and have noticed that when mixing it myself my coils die a lot faster and other issues have arisen.
I used to order White label's Buffalo dreams a lot, now I make my own. I use a 70vg/30pg mix with Vg based Nic and decent flavors. Apricot (FA) and Nectarine (TFA) I order everything from Wizard labs.
My equipment is clean and I measure by weight and have tried 2 different scales so far, I usually make 1000+ml at a time so even if my scale is a little off the bulk amount should minimize the variance.
I use an egg beater to mix it in the Bomex before transferring to clean bottles and I usually let it steap atleast a week.
I just do not understand what the issue is, I thought I was nuts until I started making the exact same thing for my friends and they complained about the same issues.
I thank you for any help you can provide.
In what bottles does the commercial liquid ship? Is it glass?
What bottles are you using for your liquid? PE?
White label uses plastic bottles, I use US Plastics HDPE bottles
Is it all of the recipes you make that have this effect or just some? None of what you mentioned should impact the longevity of your coils.
Yes it is all of the juice I make, which is about 5 different ones. But Buffalo dreams being the main bulk one that I make.
I did think I was just being picky, until I made it for 3 different friends and followed up for 2 weeks and they all had similar complaints blindly.
The one idea I had was maybe I am making it too think? Instead of using the VG/PG Base as a 70/30 mix I measure 70/30 overall and perhaps after the Nic I am ending up with something closer to 80/20 mixture?
Or Wizard labs VG is different from what the manufacturer uses (Not sure if this is even possible)?
