Im going to buy two 1L bottles of nic base and put it in the freezer. Would it be better for longevity to have it in the bottle it came in or put it in smaller glass bottles. Is the oxygen it takes in when im gonna mix with it still be better than exposing it to all the oxygen it takes in when i put it in a lot of smaller bottles.
It depends how you mix.
Lets say you mix 1L of base up every 3 months or so, there wouldn't be much harm in keeping the nic in the big bottles are you are rarely opening them.
If you mix up the base in small bottles (100mls or smaller) at a time you would be constantly opening the nic bottles, in which case I would split it into 100ml bottles.
Personally, I would have 1 x 1L bottle, 1 x 500ml bottle and 5 x 100ml bottles.
When you have used up the 100ml bottles, refill them from the 500ml bottle. When they are empty again, fill the 500ml and the 100ml bottles from the 1L one. This will minimise the amount of oxygen you introduce to your nic.
Doing the math for my previous orders, just mixing for myself, 250ml of nic is like 1 year+ supply...
I dont know how or what he mixes, but 1 Liter is ALOT of nicotine...let alone 2 Liters... that would last me 8 years given it would live that long...
order a stash of Amber bottles from glassbottleoutlet.com and figure how you want to divide it up...
Once I started mixing, all the vapors I know swapped from shop juice to buying mine, so now I'm mixing for like 6 people. I get 1l bottles of vg twice a month, and just mixed up 1020ml of juices. I sell it at 10 for 30ml. This more than pays for itself and buys my lunches at work.
I was considering doing this on the side, I was approached to start selling my juices and have a couple people already interested. Same prices as you $10-30ml, $20-60ml bottles etc.
One of my main worries was having steeped juice on stock. I mix about 60 recipes that I have on hand "for myself", but stuff is always steeping, I'm always mixing and it's just an ongoing process.
As far as supplies, I have enough PG/VG nic flavoring and bottles to get started, so that wouldn't be an issue. I've just been hesitant because I'm not sure if it's going to turn into more hassle than it's worth.
Are there any obstacles you faced/mistakes you came into when you started offering your juice for sale?
Any advice you could give me?
This is something I wanted to make a topic about on here but never got to doing it.
The 2 bottles im gonna order i have planned to live on for about 3 years. Since i cant get bigger than 10ml bottles after the EU TPD im gonna stock up now. After that i can drive across the border to russia and smuggle in a couple bottles and live of that again and repeat the process every couple years(asuming i dont get caught :p)
It's better to use an argon spray than anything else, according to my current ongoing 1+ year test.
Also, quality nicotine will last longer on the shelf in room temperature than low quality nicotine does.
How do you use argon spray
I just used this on my brand new nicotine and did the same exact thing as they do in the video except I didn't put the straw into the nicotine, I did it in the headspace I left in the bottles. A little nicotine did spray up into the cap as I held it over the bottle, but all in all none really got out.

If it's 100mg/ml I would break it down to 30ml bottles. All of it. A 30ml bottle a modest amount to submit to repeated openings. Keep the rest in the freezer. You don't have to refrigerate your one working bottle. Just keep it in the dark at modest temperatures.
I keep the bigger bottle it came in in the freezer, and have a 30ml dropper as my "working bottle", when the 30ml goes empty I just refill it from the big bottle. I do keep the working bottle in the freezer as well. I've had my current batch of nic for 6 months or so and it's basically still perfect by doing it this way. It's 100mg btw.
Keep nic in the freezer. It won't freeze solid, just get more viscous. Takes a few minutes to get thin again when you're mixing.
I put my 60ml of 100mg nic into 4 amber glass 15ml bottles. I filled them all the way and when I put the dropper in I sucked some up into the dropper to make it fit without spilling. I did this to avoid air in the bottles. Then I put them double bagged into the freezer in a spot that I don't touch so they don't get disturbed. This makes sure only the surface is touching oxygen till I need them.
I only make 2mg juice so 60ml is going to last me a long time.
This is just my take on storing Nic.
Wouldn't it be best in larger bottles so it doesn't oxidize as much, if my memory serves me right then smaller bottles means faster oxidizing due to surface area.(?)
