Can you order nicotine into Indiana?

I'm planning to delve into the world of DIY, and one thing I'd need is nicotine. I know ordering e-liquid is basically banned in Indiana, but can you still order nicotine?

Fellow Indiana DIY'er here. I just ordered and received a bottle of nic. Of course it was shipped UPS ground from CA but it arrived with no issues.

Indiana here, goes fine every time. There are also some ejuice vendors that ship to Indiana if you look closely.

It's odd, the guys at my local vape shop told me that shipping juice to Indiana is a big no-no. They said that a vendor must have a manufacturing facility/partner within the state to distribute. I'm fairly new to this and am not highly educated on the vaping laws in Indiana so I'm not sure if this is true. I do know that my very first juice purchase came from outside of Indiana and I never got any indication that it was less than legal. But my understanding is that the components of the juice may be purchased from anywhere.

+1 to this. I've had no issues getting nic, supplies, or flavours shipped to Indianapolis. Some online vendors won't ship to Indy, but there still are plenty that will.

All correct. The restriction for Indiana shipping was fairly recent (I want to say around may 2016, don't quote me), and it so happens to be nigh impossible to enforce, so many vendors simply do it anyway. Components are not included in the restrictions. You right fam.

Yep. Vapecentric out of California or Florida (not sure which) ships to IN. I haven't found any others but once I found them I stopped looking.
