Creamy Tart Peach
submitted over 8 years ago by cheekygorilla

1% Vanilla Custard v2 CAP
2% Pink Lemonade CAP
6% Dx Juicy Peach TFA
1.5% Cream Fresh FA

Total Juice: 10.5% (pg base)
Recommended VG is 70-85%
Steep Time: 4 days

This is one of the first recipes I've made, and I took a gamble mixing peach and the pink lemonade. However, it turned out great!

When you first taste it, you'll notice a tart from the pink lemonade. On exhale, it'll be tart then transcend into a creamy peach. The after taste is more peach flavor, not sweet but smooth.

I had these flavors laying around and I'm glad I decided to whip it up. Definitely unique with the peach and pink lemonade together but not strange. I might later try adding other cream flavors into it and a tad more pink lemonade to make a more wholesome cream in the future.

Notes

  • Vanilla Custard v2 CAP I added this custard for a slight increase in the cream flavor, it also smooths the bite of the pink lemonade and peach a bit.

  • Pink Lemonade CAP The pink lemonade has a hollow tart taste and is the first flavor you'll initially notice. Sometimes sweet and sour flavors of fruits are overwhelming, especially if you want to vape all day on a flavor, so the vanilla custard and fresh cream make it a little smoother. It sits with the peach flavor well and is giving the flavor a kick.

  • Dx Juicy Peach TFA A creamy peach just made sense to me. This flavor is bland when used alone so I had to figure what to mix it with. Mixing with cream flavors is ideal because it creates a full flavor where you'll notice this peach.

  • Fresh Cream FA This is the main cream I wanted to add. Standard creamy milky flavor that really smooth out all the rough edges of the strong pink lemonade.

Hey Gorilla! Your recipe looks awesome I'm very happy that you found created something you enjoy and want to share, but:

> Recipes belong in the monthly recipe thread, UNLESS they offer SIGNIFICANT development notes, or other information that will help others learn to become better mixers. Development notes include, but are not limited to: recipe creation process, flavor notes, and flavor substitutions. It is up to moderator discretion as to whether or not the notes are significant.

I am personally pretty lenient on what qualifies as significant but these are coming up just a little short. The monthly thread is harder to find than usual this month because the Recipe of the Year thread is occupying its place as one of the only two sticky threads that reddit allows us to have. Here's a link to it:

https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/5lfnyw/january_2017_recipe_thread/

If you decide do want to edit this post to include notes, here's an example of a recipe post with a nice set of notes:

https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/4vkvui/strawberry_milks_a_recipe_born_out_of_nostalgia/

I hope you choose to improve the notes, as I'm really interested in that CAP Pink Lemonade, but the choice of beefing them up or just moving this to the monthly thread is entirely yours.
