I was searching for some apps to keep and track the recipes I'm mixing or add other recipes from ATF or this sub.

This is great for use with ELR's "Copy Simple Text" option Free (I've donated more to this developer than I've paid for other software) Over 3 years development by one guy and he still regularly updates the app. He is also very active in the forum linked previously.
Really the list goes on but I'm too lazy to type it all out on this phone. Do yourself a favor and check it out. I couldn't mix without this app! It's that awesome.
Besides all the perks already mentioned, this nifty advanced application has a portable version as well, so I can store it in the cloud and use it on multiple PC's.
I used to use e-juice me up, it was OK but recently switched to http://e-liquid-recipes.com
This is the only one I've ever used. I never do the same recipe twice, so I gave up tracking them haha. The flavor list and recommendations are quite enough to make a good recipe nearly every time (assuming you're using quality concentrates and half way know what you're doing).

My favorite, I've been using it from the start, I tried other apps and I just couldn't get into them. Then switching phones was super easy. Backing up my recipe/flavorlist is super easy. Keeping track of all my recipes is super easy.

I used to use eliquid recipes until I found alltheflavors. I still try and put my inventory into both, but the sole fact that alltheflavors only has ONE selection per flavor, makes finding other recipes based on inventory much much easier. It's also nice not to weed through a bunch of shit recipes.
Other than that, I keep an excel document of my flavor inventory and use ejuicemeup for mixing. I want a copy for myself, reason why I don't use ATF to mix at the moment.

Where are these shit recipes? have you tried to sort feature?
Also, is each recipe posted on alltheflavors pure gold? No shit recipes there? you never need to sort?
There are shit recipes everywhere - but I've found a lot fewer on ATF. If I search for a profile on ELR and sort by rating, I might find 2 or 3 that have been rated and look interesting, and 200 recipes that are all the same few flavors in slightly different ratios with no notes or reviews or a bunch of single flavor mixes. On ATF, there are fewer recipes overall, but I feel like more of them have flavor notes and reviews, and are more composed recipes, rather than 30 experiments of TFA Dragonfruit at 10%. The better-managed flavor cache on ATF also means better results when searching for something to make by inventory. They both have their strengths, and ELR is a huge repository of information, but ATF is just curated better and nicer to use.
I just hate it when people refer to ELR and use this line:

I'm not affiliated with ELR, but I do enjoy it's vast resources, ease of use, and the fact that it is ad and donation supported, and anyone can try and review your recipes for free. It is full of gems, and yes, it sometimes takes a bit of time to find those gems, but no one is forcing you to look at the junk recipes with 0 or 1 reviews, and they don't really get in the way.
If you're on android vapetool is the best I've found.

This. I have them saved in my laptop,phone and cloud. I also have a black notebook the wife calls it as things will get real dark if she tries to use it for something else . I have a physical version of every recipie I ever created, or made of someone's else's. I also have the amount to add right next to %. It makes for quick mixing, plus if it all goes down than I always have a copy.

A cleaner interface all around, stable, handles 20 flavorings instead of 10, has a robust notes editor (supports links and images too), a rating system, an active developer, labeling, conversion calculator, recipe import from webpage, recipes export/backup, fine grained weight precision calculations, unique weight per flavoring tuning options, Mixing costs Analytics, a built-in updater, and a built in feature request system.
It's free, though it does have a max capacity of 150ml for their free version. A $15 license removes that cap, and also grants a few more features - unlocks an inventory system and shopping list functionality. There are also other add-ons available for commercial batch manufacturing.
Best app I've seen and fits all my needs.
Google Sheets. Immediate saves when changes are made and always there.
Same. I Start a new sheet when I add a flavor. Built a simple calculator that I copy and paste, as well as a table that does the math for my vg/pg volumes after I enter the recipe quantities. Also use sheets to keep track of my inventory. Add flavors when I purchase new ones and after I make every batch, I adjust the amounts I have left of the flavors for used. I'm an excel/sheets fanboy. No better way to stay organized.
I don't bother with maintaining inventory levels -- too much work -- but yeah, brother! I keep a blank table template with formulas for all the math covering 10-15 flavors, various bottle sizes and a small section for notes one one sheet in the workbook that I copy across to other relevant sheets in the same workbook based on any experimental recipes, tobacco tasting, internet recipes, wife's recipes, etc... makes life so much easier for referring back to later -- I used to have random txt and xlsm files scattered everywhere and shit got retarded trying to remember what file was where and what filename. sheets. whack whack whack. autosave. done. I have ambitions towards improving it further, but I'm just too lazy. lol
