Nicotine supplier free shipping?

I used to get my stuff from nicotineriver but they don't have free shipping anymore. Money is super tight and I'd like to avoid paying $10 just for shipping, any suggestions?

It seems like most places just got serious about shipping regulations, like BCF showing the restricted shipping label now. NR was the only free shipping I've seen without a $50+ order. ECX has free shipping over $59.

Ecx free shipping is hard to hit sometimes if you have a large order you don't qualify, ie 100 bottles. It still has a cheap shipping option for like 7$ if you don't hit the limit.
