Testing: HS Churchill at 3%, 50vg/50pg, steeped for 17 days
Flavor description: bull city describes this flavor as tobacco and dried fruit, I'm getting more dried apricots/raisins than tobacco. The tobacco is so light that it's nearly non-existent. I feel like this is never going to be a main ingredient in any of my mixes, but I could see it being useful in a tobacco mix to bring a unique sweetness without detracting from the tobacco profile. There is an almost bready quality to this that is difficult to place. /u/ConcreteRiver, I think this might make it into a sexy, sexy Italian fruitcake recipe!
Off flavors:This has a very funky smell (like wet dogs rolled in a grass pile left outside to rot) but it doesn't seem to be tasteable, and it goes away after the bottle is opened a couple times. If you were expecting tobacco then the sweet, bready, dried fruits are an off taste.
Throat hit: pretty mild even in a 50/50 mix, the smell kinda stings the nostrils
Uses and pairings: unique sweetener in tobacco mixes, dried fruit accent in bakeries, Ry4s, and possibly other uses (none come to mind)
Notes: I think that 3% is a bit low for a standalone but perfect for use in a mix, I wouldn't go lower than 2% as this seems rather weak. I could see this being used up to 7% if you wanted to try something crazy.

As of right now, my 5% mix has only sat about an hour, but I gave it a shake and vape test. I'll edit this comment in a couple weeks with some more notes to keep everything in one place, but first impressions: I agree that it doesn't really seem to have much of a tobacco flavor. My initial thought was that it tasted a lot like a watermelon Jolly Rancher juice that I got when I first started vaping. I don't think it's nasty or anything, but as far as my arsenal goes, this is the third fruitiest flavor I have behind INW Peach and INW Plum. More to come in a few!
It's interesting that you're tasting watermelon candy. I was getting dried fruit. Not overly sweet or juicy at all but definitely not tobacco
It's been a really long time since I've had a watermelon jolly rancher, so I'm not sure how close it actually is to the candy, but it tastes exactly like the first juice I ever bought. So I guess it would depend on how close they were to it. Probably not close at all since I bought it from a cigarette store haha.
I'd like too add some thoughts about this flavor. This could be very useful in a strawberry preserves recipe. I keep getting this sensation of fruit chunks from this. With a little tfa strawberry ripe and FA liquid amber this could work. Will update on this
