Question for you, the magnetic stirrers can they handle a max VG liquid you think?

They'll be hit or miss and depend on how much liquid you have mixing and the ambient temperature. 70/30 mixes I never have issues with up to 60mL and down to about 70 degrees F. At 120mL it slows down at those ratios and temperatures.
If you're the type to hot-water bath VG to 90F+, then I don't think you'll have any issues using it, though.
