This might be a stupid idea but if they don't release their recipes, maybe you should organize a group buy. Everybody who loved their juice and wants the recipes throws in 20 bucks and then you donate it to the company and they release the recipe. Ya, I mean, this might be dumb I dunno, just a brain fart.

They are friends of this sub so I'm sure one of two things will happen. Either they will release their recipes or try and sell the concentrates. When you see these companies die it's kind of like trying to get a family to agree to organ donation. It feels wrong but you just want to make the most out of a loss and see something good come out of tings

Well they did release their discontinued juices recipes couple of years ago. They might do it again.

I've never tried their stuff but I've seen people rave over that Sasquatch juice.

Imo you can't just expect the guy to give up his recipes. Id assume when these vendors go out of biz it's because of the climate of it and not because they actually want to and would assume they'll have a personal attachment to what they created.

I'd like to see them sale a recipe book

I'm super bummed about them closing and have sent multiple emails about them possibly releasing there recipes to the diy community or concentrates. Sasquatch is one of my ADV and I have not been able to recreate or even come close 8( i got an email saying there was a possibity they would be selling there cookbook but it was a vague response. My other emails have not been returned

This is a direct quote from the newsletter that Matt emailed on 12/28:

"Do not unsubscribe from this newsletter if possible- if anything changes in the future, we will definitely reach out to everyone."

I can't imagine him parting with his sacred recipes while the door to a return is still open. I'm assuming that he is (understandably) burnt out, but maybe after a hiatus he'll want to get back in the game. I have no idea what the financials are, but that has to be a pretty lucrative gig. If you ordered from VTNW with any regularity, you can get a pretty good feel for the volume of orders he gets based on your order numbers.

I do hope he makes a return. It's going to be a very sad day when I blow out the final Sasquatch & Phuket clouds from my stash :(

Hey, everyone! I know this post is late, and I apologize for seeming "cold" by not responding to requests for concentrates/recipes.

While I still can't say for sure that the recipes will never be released, I can say that it likely won't happen any time soon.

This is partly because I don't know if we will ever be up and running again (although I am thinking we won't), and partly because it takes away the magic of DIY.

The MOST fun thing about running a juice shop (at least for me and our former employees) was messing around with flavorings and trying to really unlock their potential. I highly encourage folks to check out the "Matt's TFA recommendations" post on this sub to get a look into my mind. Most of the flavors we used are covered in there, as well as a lot of flavors we didn't use.

I know this isn't the answer people were hoping for, but I wanted to at least put it out there. I know I have said in the past that if we ever folded up that I would release the recipes, and I think that was a short-sighted thought. I apologize if this bums anyone out.

So, keep experimenting, and keep DIYing! Much love to everyone here for all of the kind words and support over the years.

Kind of pointless to ask here since he's the only one who can make the call. Just respect his decision and be grateful that he has shared recipes in the past. If he wants to disclose the remaining recipes, that's incredibly gracious of him. But he's not in any way or form obligated to and you shouldn't expect him to.
