• Prices: Very good, either cheaper or at par with other Canadian vendors.

• Selection: Very decent.. CAPELLA, FLAVORAH, FW, FA, INW, LIQUID BARN, Lorain, One Stop, RF, TPA. Not a lot of tobacco flavors.

• Shipping Time: Fucking fast. As in ordered yesterday, arrives today. I live in the same city as Broke Vaper so YMMV.

• Customer Service: Fantastic. When I started DIY I ordered my starter kit from Broke Vaper and he took the time to chat with me on the phone for a good 20 mins answering basic questions and concerns and recommending flavors. In retrospect, I should have just read the sidebar lol but shouts to Danny for being so patient with me.

• Order Problem Responses & Resolution: None, but I've never heard a bad word spoken about TBV. If something goes wrong, you'll be taken care of.

• Packaging: Good. Everything got to my home intact.

Growing all the time! When I placed my first order he only carried TFA flavours. Now there is a broad selection. (But still no FLV Mango. Consider this a formal request /u/thebrokevaper !)

Shipping Time Order was shipped super fast. In fact, in my case in less than 24 hours. I will point out that shipping takes place very near (or at) a CP major distribution hub. People in the GTA will likely get insanely fast shipping. In my case, since I live in the same part of Ontario... this was the fastest I've received any online vape related order. Including a couple of other orders from in province vendors.

• Selection: Selection is decent. They have most if not all of the recommended flavoring companies listed.

• Prices: Occasionally more expensive than other Canadian vendors, but still very competitive
• Selection: Great and growing selection. I have one unpopular tobacco flavour that I use in a recipe that a lot of people at work like and cannot find anywhere else. I let Danny know and he said he will make an effort to keep it stock just for me! Who does that!?! Haha
• Shipping Time: Always quick. I tend to make my orders over the weekend and my orders are almost always shipped Monday (I can't remember a time it wasn't, but I can't be sure without looking through my emails)
• Customer Service: Absolutely phenomenal! I email Danny regularly because I need larger quantities to produce my most popular recipes or have weird requests/questions and I can't remember a time that it took him more than 12 hours to respond. Often I hear back from him in less than 2-3 hours max!
• Order Problem Responses & Resolution: I have had only 2 issues:

Nic that was higher % than I had purchased and a flavour bottle that was incorrectly labelled.

Both times, I emailed Danny about the nic, just to let him know, and he responded within a few hours and said he would look into it to ensure it didn't happen to others. Mistakes happen, but after a few months of ordering from him, I trust that he did look into it.

With the incorrectly labelled bottle, I had ordered CAP Sugar Cookie and the bottle said TFA Sugar Cookie. I sent a picture of the bottle and noted that he could see I never purchased TFA SC from him before. Less than 30 mins later, Danny had replied to advise that it was definitely CAP due to the colour, apologized for the mislabel and offered to send a proper label with my next order.

Altogether, nothing that would stop me from purchasing from him and might have even encouraged me to purchase more due to the quick response time.

When the guys at work that I sell my juice to ask about doing DIY, I always, very reluctantly, recommend TheBrokeVaper. Why reluctantly?

Because I know that if they buy from Danny, they are going to have a great experience and stop buying juice from me, so I'll actually have to pay to make my own juice!

I've yet to find anywhere cheaper for flavourings, and I've yet to want a flavour that The Broke Vaper doesn't carry.

Once I made an order on a Friday night, but forgot to add something. I emailed him that night about it, and bright and early on Saturday he was already replying.

Probably the only negative is that the broke vapor only sells 30ml bottles of flavourings. If you're looking to make a large bulk order, you're probably better off elsewhere.

• Prices - great. Well within range of other vendors and the service outweighs everything. He recently lowered prices to stay in range

• Selection - growing all the time. Regularly adds flavours and listens to customer feedback and orders in specific requests!

• Shipping Time - I do local pick up and I swear he answers within minutes and I can pick up at any time I've ever tried!

Overall, just outstanding. I order monthly and he's never once been anything less than a perfect vendor. In supplies, service and even just general chat reccomendations about recipes and flavours. GO Danny!

Prices: competitive with other Canadian vendors. Have to contact Danny to acquire sizes >30ml and pricing.

Selection: not as extensive as say diy-ejuice yet with flavours from certain manufacturers (inawera, flavorah etc), but they have OSDIY which no other vendor has here yet!

Shipping time: I've only placed an order for pickup thus far (didn't want 4L of VG shipped), but I've heard only good things.

Customer service/problem resolution: Danny from TBV is a stand up guy. Very active on social media and always available to his customers.

Packaging: again, having not had orders shipped I can't review.

Closing thoughts: unreal guy running a business to help anyone looking to DIY (or not) . If you don't have the flavours but want to try something you can have him mix it for you and try it out before buying the flavours. When I picked up my order he was genuinely nice and mentioned if I was a new mixer to just contact him and he would help get the ball rolling. Can't have enough vendors with this type of customer service. Long live TBV!

It seems to me that the broke vaper is to bull city as diy ejuice is to ecx. Very good customer service. Prices are ok, and shipping time is great. Selection could be better but is growing all of the time.

• Shipping Time (Out the door - don't blame the vendor for UPS or the USPS) from when I order it,(because i dont check when it leaves) it gets here to Kelowna BC in 5 days was the shortest and longest was possibly 7-8 days

Selection: Selection is pretty good, and always getting better, It's pretty clear that he's putting the profits back into the company. Even the areas where he's not making money, just upping the professionalism of the product. Plastic shrink-wrapped flavors, and tin foil sealed larger quantities.

Shipping Time: I'm in the area either when passing from work, or just in the general vicinity, so I just pick up. I arrive on time, and he's always ready for a pickup. Even if I'm just passing by, I can call in and pick up within half an hour.

Customer Service: Only exceptional. Excellent communication. Prompt.

A few last comments. He's got a great starter kit. NO BS, and everything except a scale for a first timer. It's been well thought out.

If anything I wish he had some of these new Chubby Gorillas, and 250ml HDPE bottles when I was buying bulk nic. Nic has always been clear and tasteless. He uses NicSelect.

Website, is well thought out. Clean and logical. Perhaps a bit slow during busy times.
