I think rtsvapes has some on clearance, 70% off, unless they ran out of it. Pretty sure I bought a 4oz off them recently.

Onestopdiyshop has a flavor really similar. Its called cinnamon smoothie or something really close. Taste just like red hots candy.
There may be a good reason why they discontinued the flavor. Might want to look into why in case the flav contains fructose or something else undesirable. Not trying to be an alarmist, just pointing out that there may be a good reason not to use it.
They announced earlier this year they were discontinuing a bunch of flavors either because they didn't sell well or they were tobacco flavors. I assume they wanted to remove themselves from potentially being a tobacco product.
I'm not sure whether it applies in Capella's case, but many tobacco flavors are derived from tobacco, iirc. Capella, being based in the US, is likely hard to orient towards being for culinary purposes, even though many like ourselves will choose to use them for other products, too.
Hard to say your products shouldn't follow under tobacco regs when they contain tobacco derivatives. I'm just speculating, of course.
