Hoping maybe another small vendor has figured out a way to actually get answers out of these guys. They fucked up a huge order for me and refused to respond after many many emails. Finally I got a resolution through paypal and got my money back. But I'm left still needing that flavoring and I can't even get them to email me if they've fixed the issues yet. They were shipping certain flavors that are classified flammable without proper clearance as hazardous goods and they just get seized at the border.
I'm just flabbergasted that they make a mistake and instead of owning up to it they shut out all contact with a wholesale customer and don't even seem to be acknowledging to any of there customers that they screwed up and I can't be the only one who got screwed.
TLDR: If anyone can get me in contact with someone at inawera who cares about there customers OR a reseller of inawera who can handle larger volume orders(to Canada) and cares about there customers. Either will work I just need that flavoring with the knowledge if I send a flipping email I'll get a response.

I had some doubts about the INW Waffle they sent me so I asked them about it and they immediately sent another one along with a freebie. I also forgot to add a concentrate to my cart once and asked them if they could add it so that I didn't have to pay shipping twice. They just added it for free, didn't even have to pay for the concentrate itself.
