OP, if/when they post these recipes, if they don't post them here, please make a post with the recipes.

Much appreciated.

It's too bad they are going out of business, though... I remember vaping their juices back in 2012 and really, really enjoyed them.

I tried looking for more info on them going out of business... anyone know why? Is it the new regulations in California?

They are located in Nebraska, not California. And yes, it's due pending regulations.

Clark (the owner) has lost a lost of trusted employees due to the deeming regulations and is now closing shop

That is very sad. Thank you for the information.

Really disheartening and sad they are going out of business. They were one of maybe two or three companies that I actually saw as making premixed juice worthy of spending money on.

And I can't overstate how much I hope someday they release their Wakonda recipe. No other coffee vape has come even remotely close to being as amazing that juice, and I've always been at complete loss for how the hell they pulled that juice off. That, and The Virus were probably the two best juices on the market.

I always found Epic Juice's 'Wake and Vape' a good substitute when I couldn't get my hands on Wakonda, but I agree, Wakonda reigns supreme.

This is the only vendor juice i still buy. I bought 720mls of it a few months back and even at 50% off it ends up costing a lot to get sent to Australia with shipping and conversion rates.

You want a coffee juice.. Try creme de la creme from Phillip rocke

I really hope they post the recipe for "The Virus". It's my holy grail. I get that it uses NET which is likely why I've never been able to replicate it.

That one really lives up to the changing flavor hype. Iirc a bit too much sweetener in all their juices, but overall decent.

Ah damn sad to see them go. Definitely one of the good guys. Great to see them give out their recipes but sucks to see another great vendor close up. Best of luck Nicoticket

> Definitely one of the good guys.

You must have missed them drunk, throwing bottles at people's heads, during Greg Conley's advocacy speech at Mile High Vape Fest in 2015.

This is part true. I wasn't drunk, but I was impaired :) And, I threw bottles into a crowd, not at peoples heads. Yes, I was chucking the SOBs. NO, it was NOT during Greg Conley's advocacy speech, it was while Cory (douche) from Boosted. Dude was up on stage promising a bottle of juice if you came to Day 2 of that fiasco with his lame ass shirt on. Oh really, a bottle for wearing a shirt... okay, here's a couple hundred bottles. toss, toss, toss The reason I was pissed is that he came up to my booth and said "I won't remember your name." I told Cory he would never forget my name... and, he won't. :)

I've never bought their juice but I'll place an order in hopes they release the recipes. Sad to see them go, I know a lot of people like their juice.

Lets go folks , buy buy and buy more , rent and food is overrated, the baby doesn't need food , can live on water for a few weeks .

You always have to get your priorities straight and emptying their warehouse is the # 1 priority at this time .

Custards last stand is waiting .

Kent even said on ECF that he'd post the recipe for the vanilla extract he makes and uses in his recipes!

Betelgeuse and the Doodle would be welcome on my DIY list. Sad that they're closing, they were just getting going when I started.

There's got to be a way for the recipe guys to make a living, sad to see such hard work get given away in the end.

This is awesome! They seriously have some outrageously good juices truly deserving of the "premium" label. I've had the virus and some of their other stuff and it is miles better than any other juices I've bought or made.

Nicoticket is one of the few that built their company on excellent recipes instead of flashy marketing.

I'm sad about them going out of business but excited about replicating some of their awesome liquids.

Just ordered 180ml. Hopefully they are able to accomplish their goal. Maybe post this on ECR /u/daatel ?

Nicoticket was my go to vendor when I first started. His custard and creme brulle were my go to. After about 6-9 months of vaping and getting into RBA's I had to stop using nicoticket. The gunk on my coils were unbearable, my coils looked like death and would taste like it too after just 50ml's.

Hopefully he will release his recipe and it can be tweaked without so much sweetener.

Soooo when is it happeniiiiing?

by xx2000xxalmost 9 years ago

That sucks. They were the first company I bought from that had true legit premium juices unlike other places who jumped on the glass bottle gimmick because if it's in glass it's premium.

I got Betelgeuse and Gravity which opened up my eyes of next level complex juices that probably influenced me here.

They'll forever be legends in the DIY community by dumping every single recipe as it's better to burn out than to fade away.

Any update on this, beatlegeuse has been my ADV for a while, but i've never had the original juice from them. (DIY)

He's already in the process of pulling back his claim to release recipes. There's talks of selling flavoring concentrates including his vanilla which is the best vanilla on the market in my opinion. Sad we won't get that recipe. Almost feel like he made the recipe release statement out of emotion and to get rid of his inventory. We will see what happens. Nicoticket has a great product. I'd be hesitant to release those recipes.

Not walking it back as much as I am clarifying the situation. Some of the recipes simply can't be made by a DIY'er. I actually make the tobacco flavoring so I can't really share those. I'm willing to show you all the recipes for the vanilla, but good luck making them because the flavoring is in short supply.

I completely understand. And to be clear this statement feels alot better than me trying to project your thinking on here. The way I felt you made a statement then came back a little off the original statement in that thread in hopes of maintaining your business through concentrates. And if that was the case so be it. I understand you have a thriving business that is being crushed by the FDA. Fuck them for that.

So to understand a little more clearly it makes sense. I'm sorry this happened to your business. Thanks for being open to communication in a difficult time.

Yeah it was a marketing ploy he also said he tossed 15k inventory into a dumpster. Before he said he was sending it to China. My bet is it's in the grey market. He played his customer base so hardcore and they lapped it up. To be honest most of his juices were junk. He got real humble a few times when he got schooled about it. But for some reason he got a cult following. Nothing mainstream but he did get a loyal following for a couple of years. His very first claim was questioned and he responded when I said ALL I meant all, how I make my vanilla and everything. Total bull I knew he was just trying to make people buy. He's pretty good at manipulation and pushing buttons, you have to be to be in the mental health field. He used his powers for bad things and subterfuge. Karma will eat his ass for that.
