This week we are going for a profile you have all tasted before but we can't help sharing this one as it is just a solid recipe and goes into my personal rotation.
Raspberry Cheesecake
1% (TPA) Sweetener
1% Berryl (Raspberry) (FA)
0.5% Biscuit (INAWERA)
1.5% Graham Cracker (Clear) (TPA)
4% New York Cheesecake (CAP)
4% Raspberry (Sweet) (TPA)
2% Sweet Cream (TPA)
Flavor total: 14% Remember to rate it at: http://tjek.nu/r/7DTA
Though this recipe includes 6 concentrates, it really is very simple and requires not much explanation...but let's explain anyways!
Raspberry Sweet is pretty spot on for macerated and candied raspberries. Raspberry FA is there to support and add a more natural taste.
Graham Cracker Clear and Biscuit make the crust. While GCC nails graham flavor, it gets harsh at higher percentages. So we keep it low and add a touch of biscuit to fill out the crust flavor without the harshness.
New York Cheesecake CAP is amazing but needs some sort of creamy support as the Cheesecake does the flavor fantastically but not texture. So we add Sweet Cream to correct this without altering the actual flavor of Cheesecake.
Sweetener can be ommitted but is not recommended as the flavors in this recipe are not sweet on their own. Very rich on their own, but not sweet.
Thanks for reading and vape on! :D
Has anybody who cant taste TFA Raspberry Sweet found a Raspberry they can taste? I can taste INW Raspberry a little bit at 2% and nothing at 0.5%.. still to try FA Raspberry.
Don't have FA raspberry but I do have Cap raspberry. Would you recommend using same % or maybe little more as FA is usually more concentrated? I have everything else. Tia
