Hi everyone, Bryan from Vape Dojo/Charlie Noble here.
Several months ago, in light of several factors, we made the decision to introduce 60mls and consolidate some of the Charlie Noble flavors into a single line. This meant that some of the Charlie Noble flavors would have to be discontinued, despite them being enjoyed by lots of people.
We decided that for these flavors, rather than keep them under lock and key where no one can enjoy them, we would release the recipes to anyone who wanted to create the flavors themselves! We also have included some insight to the flavors and ingredients used by our very own /u/prettymatthew, the creator of all of the Charlie Noble flavors.

You all have always been good to us, and we appreciate all of your support through the years. Have a great day everybody! What flavor would you like us to do next?
No 5% sucralose??
Really though, thank you for sharing this!
Thank you for reading it!
Thank you, The notes say the Cap Sugar Cookie is used for the bakery note and there are better flavors out there now ( Cap Cereal 27) What % would you use for the bakery note in this recipe ?
I never once thought of using Saline Solution for bringing out a salt note. That's a fantastic idea, thanks for the recipe!
I've been using it for the last 2 months or so, and it's amazing. 1% goes in almost everything I make.
Everything? How does it help flavour wise?
Nearly, yes. The only recipe it hasn't helped is "Ginger Sauce" which I found here, and only because that is seemingly perfect as is. Flavor wise, it doesn't add a salt taste per se, but more of a "bite" that rounds off sharp flavors, and increases sweet flavors by seemingly contrasting them.
So far, the easiest test to show this I've done---TFA French Vanilla, single flavor tester @5%. Then try it with the saline at 1%, and it makes a noticeable difference that seems to define it's effects. However, as with people who can't taste strawberry, it seems to make no difference to some. My girlfriend can't notice it, but others I've let try it have.
It actually helps me taste strawberry where I couldn't before. For instance, u/notcharlesmanson 's Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream Bar- I've mixed 3 batches previously. 1-max VG, 1-60/40, and one into VaporBase 70/30 3mg. They all were good, but non identifiable (flavor wise, they just tasted ehh) after 2 months even. Last week, I added saline to the VaporBase batch, and OMG...
I've never before tasted something so accurate and delicious in my life! Either it was the saline, or the saline+1,4PDO that made the difference, but I'm astounded that I can actually taste strawberries now!
Thanks for your generosity. I look forward to trying this. Do you have any recommendations (example links) for Saline? I don't want to buy the wrong thing. Should it be made specifically for inhalation like these; https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XCQXXN0/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A1A84TQMV3E2XV
...or will sterile saline solution for eyes/contacts work too? It seems there is more additives in products meant for eyes/contacts.
Thank you in advance...

Yes, if you want to use store bought saline, you'll want to grab the 'wound wash' type, not the nasal spray or contact lense solution. But I personally recommend just mixing some of your own, maybe a few small bottles of different strengths to see what works for you.
I get mine from Amazon. HERE ya go.
Let me get that chocolate chip cookie recipe!
Good Cookie is still in circulation, just under the Vape Dojo name! We make them in 100ml bottles for $19.99. You can find it here!
Interesting share, pretty good attempt at the profile given what was available at the time. I actually whipped up a PB cereal type recipe for a friend on request a few weeks ago, has diketones so not something I'd put in my line (as well as the fact that he didn't mind). If you'd like to give it a try -
- FLV Peanut Butter 1.50%
- FLV Milk 1.00%
- FLV Caramel 0.30%
- FLV Pralines 0.40%
- FLV Pound Cake 0.50%
- FLV Crunch Cereal 0.40%
- CAP Vanilla Custard v2 2.00%
- NN Erythritol 0.75%
No way! I bought my first vape from Vape Dojo in Bmore. That was over a year ago. I'm pretty sure Poseidon's Punch was my first juice too, I'd go for that one.
Poseidon's Punch is still available, you can find it here!
Hey /u/prettymatthew
I have a question. Does saline work to impart saltiness in bakeries only? Or would you recommend using it in candy and fruits too? There are a few notable vendors marketing sour flavours, just wondering if this is the "secret"
No, you can use it the same way as any of the other 'enhancers'. Just like AP, or citric, or smooth, etc. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, in any profile, not just bakery.
I don't think saline is the secret to sour, just because I haven't found any sour liquids that continue to taste sour after a day or so of vaping them. I really think most of them are just loaded with citric/malic acids.
& as a fun little thing, since you were asking about salt & fruit, everyone go try a little saline with some different melon mixes. I didn't use it in our Charleston Gray as that is a watermelon hard candy, but it's a neat little trick to try out.
I'm not Matthew obviously, but I can see saline working in any recipe with a fitting flavor profile. That slight saltiness is what I was missing in a lot of my recipes. I knew I needed that, but I had no idea saline could be used like that. All deserts are made with salt added, salt is the ultimate flavour enhancer, in my opinion. And I can see how saline could add a punch to sour juices too. There's no reason not to try and experiment with it.
Thank you very much for the recipe and the whole initiative. I have never tried Malted Milk, is there any chance I can sub something for it? I do have MTS, Cap NY Cheesecake and TFA Cheesecake Graham Crust, maybe one of those will work? Or perhaps some Greek/creamy yogurt?
Charlie Noble, PB Cereal

Haven't made, don't plan on it. But holy hell did it do one thing to this community......
Saline Solution
People went goddamn nuts for Saline Solution, WHERE DO I GET IT, WHEREEEEEEEEEEEE, So many posts, questions. And it wasn't even a new thing. They just like legitimized it. Then other people started wondering what other weird things to throw in.
~~We don't even know if salt is safe to inhale.....that's just a me thing, ignore that. That's me being me.~~
I applaud innovation. Here it is. Something new, something that....I don't feel like it's a fad, although a vendor really needs to start offering it for sale. Come on /u/NicotineRiver , /u/ECX_FlavorLab , /u/BCVapor
